Really liked this when I got it. Have to unbind and rebind to reset, all of a sudden. Can't switch the time for right hand use any more either, upside-down. Won't keep current time, have to keep syncing to get time & date correct. Constantly freezes up and just stays on time & date, which always reverts back to 12:00am 01/01/. Fix these things & I'll change my review. Though it looks like lots of people aren't impressed with this app.

Every time I want to connect my alcor splash fit band to the app it finds the watch then says connecting but then I have to wait for ever then it says bind failed , so I restart my phone turn my Bluetooth off and on again then also turn my GPS on then try again and it still says bind failed ... Please help

Synced mine (droid) and worked for less than 12 hours. Won't reset...constant count. Smh. Have not been able to sync husband's (ios). Sad to say we have spent way too much time trying doing the exact same thing that others have for several months. Are these fixes going to be addressed any time soon. I cannot recommend this purchase.

When I walk away from my phone the blue tooth disconnects. But won't reconnect until I set up a new account. This stinks

I had 10,000+ steps before syncing my watch with my android phone. On syncing, the steps dropped down to 9,500+. No clue where these 500 steps disappeared all of a sudden.

My phone and watch ALWAYS unbinds. It loses connection constantly and it now never connects. If I knew this would happen I would have never bought the RunFit

Can't even enjoy my new activity tracker bc it won't bind..

It's alright. But it won't let me update my height and weight, or allow me to upload a profile picture. It's frustrating me.

How do I set up the sleep tracker? Love everything about this except I can't get it to track my sleep!

App disconnects from the device multiple times daily.

Sometimes it says the phone is ringing and it isn't. Please do a integration with Google fit

The app is ok, very simple and easy to operate. Some features dont synk well, but it gets the job done.

Sucks..half of the time it doesn't record steps and doesn't sync with phone correctly to collect data.

Horribly useless app. Had I known how bad it would be - and that it was the only option with the Jarv Runfit - I would never have bought the device. I'd give it zero stars if that were possible!

Was happy enough until 2017-06-12 when it stopped working. New version syncs only to 50%. And no data ever presented. Wife's IOS app for same band is working. Revised Sept 17. Worse now than ever.b connect and disconnect contantly with Bluetooth. Useless.

Will not display heart rate data for more than the current day, and it ALWAYS get the sleep time wrong if it records it at all.

utter garbage won't link with the phone anymore . I'm so angry I have wasted an hour for nothing . not to mention the money for the watch

Pure junk, will not bind with Run fit band as it is supposed to.

Won't link. Customer support thinks it's my fault. I was able to sync/bind before when I got it in June but it can't now. Worthless.

Supposed to sync with phone and get alerts for text and phone calls, but last update caused that to stop. Constantly loses connection with band.

It failed to bind after latest update. Sync fail 50% of time earlier and does not display my daily achieved .

The app crashes 80% of the time. Very hard to keep it sinc like that!

Does not sync (bind) even on the newest Androids. No customer support center.

It's not ip 68 and it is not connecting to my s7. Try everything , still nothing.

The app is so helpful. I can watch the changes in my sleep and activities levels.

When are you guys updating this app so I know if I need to buy a fitbit or not
