ZANACO Mobile Banking

Very difficult and useless app. Need 10 panados it will only give you headache. Those best rating it are probably ZANACO workers. Don't waste time downloading it. Tried to contact there whatsapp line people there where last seen a month ago.

Its a great App with a lovely fresh unique redish look, very user friendly absolutely loving it for all my Transactions. Coolest features includes being able to choose beneficiary details from contact list when transferring money by mobile or purchase of airtime has reduced errors of missposted to zero caused by transposition.Great App Zanaco

Credit where it's due: This is a great app. I always wondered why the mobile site was disabled but concluded that it could be because there were no One Time Pins. As a former staff who was there during the manual/ledger card days and went through the computerisation process, I must say this is a quantum leap into the future. Congrats.

Lovely app... now my favourite... I use this to pay for my Dstv subscription,Zesco,airtime,money transfers...bye bye long queues.I can't even remember the last time I went into Dstv/Zesco outlet...true story!

The App looks awesome but needs to add more features for such services like making online purchases, increasing the number of options for pay tv and other services one can pay for and adding multiple bank accounts. Otherwise, it's a worthwhile effort that enhances convenience and simplifies banking services on the go.

This is a splendid application,its easy to use and its fast. All transactions being done in seconds. I don't need to visit my branch because everything has been brought on my finger tips. Thank you Zanaco Bank for this initiative. Am a satisfied customer

Very smooth user interface, easy to use and very fast application on 3G. I like how it's easy to transfer to other banks, playbills and buy airtime of any amount i wish. Thumbs up. 5star app, Best Mobile banking app so far

The app is okay but so far I found one issue ...unlike the the traditional way of using xapit services the app does not show me the name of the recipient when I'm transferring money via mobile number.. And for me that was vital in ensuring I've sent money to the right person

Honestly, I thought all the positive reviews I had read here were written by zanaco employees ( to market their own) but get this from me, zanaco have outdone themselves on this one. So far, so good???? great app! Worth a download and space on your phone. Try it!!

Great App Ba Zanaco, keep it up... Its really kinda reliable. I hope to see more features added on it like cellpay (buying from selected stores using a mobile phone).

Apart from looking beautiful and prestigious it's efficient and keeps you closer to your bank interms of customer service e.g it provides info about atm locations near you and gives you a WhatsApp line for easy communication

It's a great app but the only issue is it's displaying the previous balance check before doing a balance enquiry, it misled me to thinking i had more funds than i actually did.

It is such a superior app. Surely it can only come from a big and reliable bank! Vision 2020 here we come!!!

For me, the best thing to come from ZANACO. It's user friendly and convenient. There is room for improvement so that we can more do with it.

The App build is great, but there is too many charges including refreshing balance when I'm already logged on. Please review some of these charges.
