Dial 7 Car and Limousine

The android app has had a bug for several weeks and won't allow you to create a reservation. I reported it but it still won't work.

An unreliable app. Booked 2 rides ahead of time. Used a competitor the first ride and a taxi the second because I could not confirm the ride when it was time. I'm sure Dial 7 is a decent service but the app is not reliable. Carmel has a far better app.

Couldn't get it to stay on the correct date.

Worked great for us. Was able to prebook ride, made change in time... communications appropriate. Very pleased

Too Invasive and an update bug in app.

Installed app and immediately had issues with incoming/outgoing calls. Seemed to interfere with mic as person on other line couldn't hear me, neither could "Google now" when conducting a voice-activated search. Uninstalled and phone works fine. Needs major fix!

Best airport rates

Keeps sending notifications saying your route status has changed, but thew bookings are for !st and 9th December. Also the notifications come at different times, even overnight. Have contacted Dial7 but got no response. The app seems to be ok though apart from this.

Error regarding car classes. App shuts down.

Can't load car classes.

Driver does not come after confirming. When you call their helpline they put yiu on hold for 10 mins and force you to listen to ads. I am uninstalling the app. Stick to Uber and Lyft

I can't get app to open. Have tried to uninstall and start over but no joy.

Cleared cache, made room for this. Let me know when it works.

Way to much money

I downloaded the Dial 7 app, but the app won't open. As soon as I try to open, it says Dial 7 has stopped working. It should say it never worked. Highly disappointed

This is too buggy to use. I've tried storing my credit card three times and nothing works. I can't make a reservation without form of payment. Frustrating!!

It's amazing and so convenient except I keep getting an error when I try to save a reservation: "Can not create reservation Can not create job on Aleph system. Job was cancelled" Has anyone else been getting this error?

I had a $6 coupon to try out the new Dial 7 Android app. No trouble putting in pickup location and destination, but couldn't get Comment function to work properly nor complete the payment section. Tried to manually enter credit card info and kept getting error message: "Can't save payment on server string or binary data will be truncated." Then tried the automated camera option for payment. That didn't work either. Gave up and called Dial 7 to make the reservation.

I am a loyal customer for several years to dial 7. Never a issue using dial 7 app or calling. Keep up the good work! We stand by you!

Very easy to use application. So much better than calling on the phone to make a reservation. Very satisfied and will use it from now on anytime I need to order Dial7.

Can't load initialization parameters

The app doesn't recognize 28th st in Manhattan So I can never arrange a pick up... waste of time easier to call

Unbelievably expensive! A $45 dollar ride with Dial7 is $12 with Uber. I'll Pass.
