diasend for Android
Maybe I'm doing it wrong, but im scanning my sensor and nothing happens. Plus the format can't be changed, I don't use the one with large numbers. Not very useful...
Badly-written app, constantly pops up alarms even when it's not running. Tried again and it sticks on trying to find an NFC device. No choice of devices, eg Bluetooth so it's useless.
Finally uninstalled got tired of waiting for AGP scale to get fixed after submitting bug in August (no updates since April 2016). If they could get a unified platform strategy with glooko to create a uninfied mobile solution that works for Dexcom G5 + omnipod I would even pay for it - both diasend and glooko have bits and pieces of features I Iove (glooko + otg cable to upload to mobile, AGP in diasend, etc.)
But all of a sudden it stopped to dec 1st data and not showing anything else. Pity
This app does not run correctly when LibreLink is installed on the same device (necessary for Freestyle Libre). Uninstalled as there's no way to run them both side by side...
The app tells me that not all fields are full in order to continue setting up the account. I've checked multiple times (and even reinstalled the app) and cannot understand why it thinks i've not filled in all the information when i have. Please help!!
Useless, no ability to add data, the link with freestyle Libre doesn't seem to import insulin or comments. Don't understand what the point of this app was meant to be.
this app has very limited functionality- i like the scorecard/report as a summary but for detail you need to access the website. it also isn't compatible with one of the biggest suppliers of pumps (Medtronic).
Not working, not showing any data from libre since early February Fix please! LG g5
I can only see the scorecard, the other screens fail to load

Can't get it work poor app,Uninstalle go with accu-chek app.
Hi there This app does not want to download on my laptop.
Great for diabetics
There is an upload feature, but of course it doesn't work. Thus this application is pointless and useless.
Claimed compatability with TEE2 but cannot download data without NFC so you need a PC too. May as well use the iSens software. I guess they've managed to scrape some personal data from me though.
Disappointing. Once you upload the data, there's no way to delete it. No mention of that anywhere. They sell access to the data to researchers, as well as your doctor. No mention of that either. The charting of the data is rather crude and limited for the patient side of things. I can't even upload data files from another app. I doubt very much that my data will be deleted with the account I created. Pretty exploitative of them.
Good app works well with Libre
Have not yet been able to get upload to work it hangs on searching for device even though it has already updated figures so it should not have to connect again.. Also it does not apply any changes to profile. The graphs are too small and it would be useful to be able to email them to yourself or others.
Are you a Dexcom G5 or G4 user? Is your phone an Android and not an iPhone? Are you tired of waiting for Dexcom to catch up with supporting the most popular mobile operating system? Are you a former Dexcom Studio user who is disappointed with Dexcom Clarity? Are you just generally disappointed with Dexcom Clarity? Well, the wait is over! The answer is here! And the answer is “diasend”! Diasend is a cloud based blood glucose and CGM reporting solution. Diasend, using the Windows and Mac uploader, supports directly accessing the data from your Dexcom, Bayer, Accu-Chek, etc. devices. Diasend produces superior reporting over Dexcom Clarity. Diasend has both Android and iPhone applications for mobile reporting. Diasend is everything Dexcom has promised, but Dexcom has not delivered.
There is an upload feature, but of course it doesn't work. Thus this application is pointless and useless.
I can't upload the data from my One Touch Ping to my Samsung S5. Will uninstall it.
Why can't I use the ir on my phone to upload my Animas vibe
I'm ok with not being to upload from my phone, but having to swipe and swipe to get to a specific date is tiring :b. Having a "Select time interval" option like the website would be awesome
The option to upload with the infrared could be available based on an updated software and a OTG USB cable available for 10 bucks where I'm located
Dumb. Plus it keeps opening for no reason so annoying.
I haven't IR on my phone, Can I use USB OTG?
Can i access previously uploaded data? I can't find how...? Like i upload my son's Omnipod to daisend by computer ... i just wanna access the data on my phone... thought this would do that..
Badly-written app
I love this but wish it had more of the tool/charts and such that the website has.
Wish to connect account with Misfit.
I can't put my daughters A1C in because it won't change from metric.
Not a bad start, but needs more features from the web site. Especially the AGP plot. Also, for those of us who don't have NFC/BT enabled pump/meters, how about enabling a USB or BT IR connector. I already have one for uploading data via my PC. My phone has USB OTG, so all I need is a USB-A to Micro adaptor. A small IR dongle would be cool.
It does not work on any phone. My husband and I have 2 different smart phones and it doesn't work with either. I have a note 2 and he's got the s6. It would've been awesome if it did. {I tried it w/ Animas vibe}
This app lets you view a summary "scorecard" and some reports, or upload data from your device. My pump doesn't support NFC so I can't use the upload function, and if I want to view reports or upload I'll just use the desktop application. I was hoping the mobile app would let me add notes throughout the day (eg. what foods I'm eating, exercise...) - stuff that won't get added when I upload from my device. As it is, this app just doesn't do enough for me.
This will not even download to any of my devices. The download always fails.
Why would I use this with my Dexcom rather than Dexcom Clarity? If I have to upload through my desktop what is the point?
Completely useless
I have a Animas Vibe and a Samsung Galaxy Note 5. Uploading doesn't work with my phone.

Have removed diasend from phone and desktop, after using my previous Diabetes software I find there is a lot to be desired with the current apps. Biggest issue is no manual entry on the phone, to get data onto phone you have to first upload to PC. Pain in the butt. The BCM will not talk to phone ( S7 Edge) My previous App, which I am going to use again, allowed manual entry, categories for - Sport, Calories, medication, Blood Pressure and notes so if there is a reason why Blood readings vary out of the norm, youn can make an entry explaing why. and Also you can create a PDF and email direct to doctor, or print out and take in personally . The DCG Unit is good, light weight and compact, easy to use, but the software again only caters for before & after meals. Whenever I do a walk, I always do a BCG after my excercise.
