فقة المشاركة في السلطة، الكتاب الذي تعرض فيه سماحة المرجع الديني الشيخ محمد اليعقوبي دام ظله الوارف ضمن دروس البحث الخارج لكتاب الامر بالمعروف والنهي عن المنكر بعد انتهائه من البحث في أصل الفريضة إلى بحوث في إحكام لاحقة ومنها هذه المباحث التي تضمت تأصيل رؤية الاسلام لعدد من القضايا السياسية ، وقد تطرق سماحته فيها إلى تعريف السلطة العادلة والسلطة الجائرة وحكم المشاركة فيها والاستثناءات الواردة فيها وفق منهج أهل البيت (عليهم السلام) مبيناً فيها أهم اخلاقيات هذه المهنة مع الاشارة الى بعض ألياتها وتطبيقاتها في ضوء الشريعة الاسلامية المقدسة.
وقد حاولنا عرضه بما يتناسب مع تقنيات العصر الحديث تسهيلاً للباحثين وإسهاماً منّا في رفد المكتبة الإلكترونية، سائلين المولى عز وجل قبول هذا العمل المتواضع.
