Material Notes: Colorful notes

It's very good! Definitely one of the best note taking apps I have used. However, the checklists are a bit bugged. But on the other hand, I love it! Especially the minimalist style.

Allow me to sort my notes where I want, any note between any other note, not just by time... Implement hold and drag or something. And I'll rate it 5 stars

Love the App! It's on par with Google's Keep in my opinion,But I have one problem. How can I sync the app with my Gmail Id so that I can access my data from anywhere I want ?

Looks/works great! Only two complaints. One being that when you enter a note from widget, you can't go "back into the app" (to the layout you see when you first enter app). Google Keep allows you to do that and it's very bloody useful. That way I don't have to keep app icon just so I could make a new note. The other is that reorder bug, where the thing you drag becomes invinsible.

It'd be nice if: 1.notes could be sorted alphabetically as well; 2.preview lines could be set to 0. But except for these small things, the app is neat, simple and stilish.

Would give five if it didn't have a character max limit. It's not tweet bad, but I don't see why a text editor can't handle much more than that. Otherwise, wonderful.

Good note app but I cant lock a note with a pin. I press the button and it says please put in pin but there's no keyboard. Is this a bug or am I missing something?

What I found from other apps similar to this is the option to add reminders and I enjoyed that feature very much. Aside from that, which is more suggestion than criticism, I am well satisfied with my experience of the app, its customizability and its overall look.

Great app, it does the job just fine. The only thing i would add is ability to add hand written note, dark theme would be also welcome and maybe change icons to look more like material design. Keep up the good work!

Beautifully designed. The only thing I would change is if you give a donation or write a review that you should not be continually prompted to do so if you already did.

The app itself is minimalistic which I like, but it's missing a few key features that could take it to the next level. 1: ability to arrange the notes in any order. 2: live widgets. It's nice that each note can be made into its own widget, but I can't scroll through one if it's really long. 3: pin notes. This is a new Google keep feature, but it's really handy to keep important notes at the top of the app. Currently, you can only arrange by date created

When I lock notes and have them as widgets on my screen is same as I don't have any lock. Can you please do something about this. I want to be locked from edition.

It's simple, to the point, and works well. Minor issues would be that you can't use predictive text with the regular notes and the colour selection menu seams to be organized randomly.

The scroll bug has been fixed. The next one is Google Keyboard's Auto Correct won't show up if I edit a note. :)) Hope you can fix it.

It makes me organized and won't forget! But maybe you can put the copy button also next to the archive button so we can post our own notes over and over. Anything but that, is really cool! Thanks!

A really nice and very handy app for notes, but I really miss one thing: being able to sort notes alphabeticly, not only by newest/oldest. When I see this, you'll get your 5 star

Good App But I am not able to take backups.. Please provide good options to backup all notes via Gmail or any cloud services. Otherwise this app is awesome and will rate if you provide good backing options.

Really a worthy app... I would rate it 5... But, the only imp feature that was missing is, to be able to hold and drag the notes to sort them in an order... Hope you'll get us an update... :)

This app is cool and pretty clean. Easy to use. Only thing is I wished if it could do cloud sync.

Great UI! I'm in love with the UI , its simply amazing. But it needs some minor bug fixes , more font options and the IMPORTANT sign in option to save and view notes on any other device!

This would have been a five-star rating but I forgot my pin and I need a way to retrieve it. Some additional features like editing text to make em bold, underlined, etc would've been a nice touch too. Otherwise, good app.

Been using it for a quite awhile, i have 1MB worth of note in export folder now. The thing is I CANT SCROLL and CONTAIN GRAPHICAL BUG SUCH AS TEXT MERGE TOGETHER WHEN I PRESS ENTER and MORE BUG

Beautiful app. Maybe add more fonts? Also not sure how the night mode works. The option seems to be inside each individual note but once u select the night option and return to the main notes page it's back to the light colour.

Beautiful design. Feel like Google Keep, only much more simplistic and minimalistic. Developer, what type of font are you using?

Very easy to use, with just enough features so as not to be bloated. Would be nice to be able to snooze notifications and have a constant night mode. And default widget sizes like 3x1. Keep up the great work devs.

Awesome app! Just the kind of app you'll need for all your note making purposes! From a check-list n plain notes.. to hiding them n securing them with a pin.. what not is there! And the highlight are the beautiful colors you can assign to your notes!

Excellent basic note board. I like the choice of layout and colors for notes. I like that it is not synced to online sites, to keep it private.

Very stylish, but simple design. It would be good if you could add tags :)

It has a clean material ui, functions smoothly and it's what I was looking for! Though if it synced with a Google account that would stellar!

Works great as a quick notetaking app. In the changelog you say you added a night mode, but I don't see a toggle for it anywhere? Not sure what that's about. The line spacing is a bit odd, it feels inconsistent. I feel like that could use some work. Also, since the name of the app is "Material Notes" I feel like it'd be better to have the "Take a note/checklist" to be in a Floating Action Button, to better follow Material guidelines. Other than that, pretty solid app. Cheers

Great-looking notes app that keeps it simple but still has a good amount of customization (color, font, etc.) Very useful. Bug: when dragging/dropping to reorder items in a checklist, the item becomes invisible but still takes up a line. It only becomes visible when the note is closed and reopened.

I think you should change app name to shorter, like MateNote or like this just short... and please, add text size properties I can't change size it's tiny... and I would like background wallpaper.. Thanks! )) but don't change note view list, it's comfortable.!

A great app but it lacks few basic features like select all. "Edited" timestamp is seen but created timestamp should also be there. When we create a note we don't see the menu that we see when we edit a note, there should be consistency. There is no button to cancel edits, if we accidentally edit a note then the note is lost.

I've witnessed the little bugs from other reviews but I'll skip that and say this app is absolutely beautifully designed and otherwise works well. Would be more impressive with a few additional functions that some other note apps have. Such as check boxes able to be added/removed on any note*, add/take photos*, voice recording and drawing.

It does it's job at a basic level. There is no export/import to cloud, or any tag or folder system of any kind. Notes are not flexible at all, but can only be strictly check lists or plain text.

line spacing behaves strangely and shrinks when creating a new line, then editing the line above it. would also like to see toggle for default night mode, batch delete, and alphabetical sort. also keeps prompting me to rate when I already have.

Love the app. I probably use it every day, multiple times a day. Color options are nice and go well with each other. Locking/pin function works. Only issue I've found is the same one another person mentioned--often when erasing lines, the formatting gets a little messy and the text/lines start to overlap. Exiting and then re-entering the note brings it back to normal but you end up doing that repeatedly if you frequently erase/edit text like I do. Still enjoy the app though!

The line spacing is inconsistent. It would also be nice to add other functions such as bold, underlining etc. Having the option notes and text alphabetically would also be nice. Also, the option to choose between a list and regular notes. Other than that it is a nice app to take notes.

hello. I have a problem on my pin. I forgot my pin so I can't open my important notes. Is there any way I can access and reset it? I need help.
