How to it works :
1. Download the Direct2U Supermarket App on your device from our website www.direct2u.in
2. The app is ready to use the moment it is activated.
3. You can start placing order for your food and groceries by adding them to the cart.
4. Once you finish the shopping, hit a checkout button.
5. In the process of checkout, on the cart page you can make corrections if you want or if you have forgotten to add any product you can go back and continue shopping.
6. Select a mode of delivery depending on your urgency of food and grocery deliveries.
7. Input the delivery address [if you are placing order for the first time].
8. If you are our regular customer you have select your usual place of delivery or add any new address, where you would like to have the food and groceries to be delivered this time.
9. Select a mode of payment, as cash or credit or debit card.
10. Hit a checkout button.
11. Before delivery you will receive a phone call from us just to confirm the order at the desired place and time of delivery.
12. When the deliveries arrive please go through the delivered products carefully and if satisfied please make the payment as the mode of payment you selected while placing the order.
