CoinKeeper: spending tracker

Wanted to purchase the app at 50% off and it charges you full price. Contacted the developer who said the promo is expired. Sent a screenshot of the app to show the promo was still on and I was told to update. I have version 2.2.8 which is the latest available on Google Play. Awaiting reply from developer.... Developer replied that there is nothing they can do even though they are falsely advertising a promotion. I am not sure why they replied to this post after the fact. They fully know they can't do anything.

While it seems like a very nice app, the free version is extremely crippled. You can not add debts (bills), no tags, can not add categories, no syncing, no detailed reports. It would be nice if they disclosed all of this in the description. They offer 3 payment options which indicate to me that they aren't very good at math.... $1/month = $16 for 1 year or $2/month = $7 for 3 months or $0/month = $26 forever. I'm sorry but $26 is ridiculous when there are tons of other options in the Play store for free or under $5.

Update: This is still an issue. Constant notifications offering premium. I've been subscribed to coin keeper for 2 years, and it keeps spamming me with notifications like "get your spendings under control, try coin keeper". This is illogical, stupid and really pisses me off. Stop this please

App is awesome and user friendly. I thought i prefer a money tracker app synced with my calendar ideal for budgetting. But this app is just what i wanted as recording is on actual basis. Regardless of my planned expenses, the app allows for actual expense input.

Really good app! I'm a highschool student with a really low budget that has a hard time saving my money. I bought the full version about three days into using it.

Basic, and highly recommended. Drag and drop for the lazy man and doesn't require bank info or any personal information to start. I like the statistics category too.

Very limited free version and very aggressive advertising of the paid one, plus kind of a messy ui, you have to dig for simple things that are but readily editable from where you would expect them to be. Switched to moneylover

I've had the premium version for a year now shared with my husband to monitor our budget. We are both very pleased. Excellent value for money!

Great little app for personal financing but missing a lot of features. Nevertheless, I can certainly see the progress it made the last years, suggesting that all these missing features are on their way.

You should work on the reporting aspect of the app. I think a bar chart should be included in the report chart. 2. An alert option should be included to notify if user has spent more than a certain percentage of a budget.3. Need to be able to export and open as a CSV file. 4. More icon to represent expenses. 5. More optional themes.

Amazing product, it has been so helpful. I would like to see some features, like the ability to search transaction history using key words, abd the ability to change icon sizes on the main screen.

Very very slow on Nexus S. So slow that almost unusable (it's very hard to drag the coin - UI cunsumes so much CPU that you have to drag your finger very slowly to make UI to understand your gesture). Earlier it worked much faster.

Its great. I would just wish they develop a wallet type for credit cards, which should have a cut date and pay date.

Пользуюсь этой программой больше 2-х лет. В начале на iOS, и последние три месяца на Android. Очень многое в этой версии не нравится. Если у вас больше 4-х кошельков, то перетаскивать с одной страницы на другую, просто мучение. Источники доходов отключены в меню, но почему-то они всегда отображаются. Иконки настолько большие, что на аппарате 5.5" у меня несколько страниц. Поиск по тегам нормально не работает. Поиска вообще нормального нет, я бы сказал. Надеюсь примите во внимание и исправите в следующих обновлениях. UPD: Спасибо за столько быстрый ответ. скриншот с размером иконок уже отправлял, написал также про поиск. Будем ждать.

First. Bank SMS not reading notification SMS. Need update Second. 50% off not working. Third. If two people have to use app. It will be on same id or two purchase required. Fourth. Need hide feature of accounts, including accounts fetched from other user.

Best app of what i tried. Very convenient and easy to use. More analytical insight could be added though

The best finance tracking app. Simple, well-designed, contains great features: 'distribute sms' which scans your sms from bank on each purchase and you need only to place this spend to appropriate category; analytics of your spends by categories and tags on custom period. Love the App, money I've spent on unlimited subscription is definitely worth it.

It's a shame that the authors don't allow you to test the app fully with this version. It looks cool, but I really need to see a printed copy of my expenses, what kind of tags I can put on an expense, and what formats downloaded data comes in. This test app is not useful. Update 5/17/17 - And when I try to contact them, I get a MAILER DAEMON error saying their mailbox is full.

While this app is great, the feature that would make it five stars for me would be to have it automatically track expenses by linking a credit card or bank account. This app is so superior to others, it doesn't really make sense that it doesn't have the technological integration you see in simple free apps like level money.

it was a little tricky to get started on but once you got the hang of it its super easy! i need help seeing where my money is going and I like that i could see it. would love to be a le to write where exactly the money went like name of place not just type but can live without it

For a designer like me, this is the perfect visualization of my finances. This is exactly how i budget visually in my mind. You see everything and just drag and drop money from one account to another!

Still didn't fix the budgeting bug, if you spent over budget it will not deduct the difference over the budget from the planned budget of the month. Please add the ability to search for words in the note fields. Please add the ability to go to a certain date and a button to go back to today in daily bills.

Wow! At first I don't know what to do, but then I found this is the "it" app for tracking expenses. The developers really know what they're doing.

I'm using the app for more than one year with a premium account and I'm very happy with it. Hope you guys continue improving the web interface as well.
