Since their last update 3 days ago, the video content no longer works. Very frustrating, especially when trying to catch up on news for the day.

Notifications no longer open app after update; going to try deleting/installing ag....

Very helpful on my daily work days, weekends also

Like the continual updates. No problem with the app. What I don't like is having to wait thru a commercial before watching the 'trending now' video. Very frustrating.

NOT WORKING since the Oct 3rd update on either my Galaxy S8 or my wife's Galaxy S7. Just get logo and nothing else. Push notifications still works which is odd! I have uninstalled and downloaded again with no luck. Please look into this.

Please fix!!! Cannot watch for weeks now, broadcast goes to black screen, skips and then error message that the video can't load. This is not optimized properly for Android, clicking the link to watch in a browser is the same result, it's a shame.

Need to add support for IPv6 netwoks. As soon as I went to that, app stopped working and only see logo. Have to switch off WiFi to use.

I agree since last update will not open, only logo, still receive push notifications. I have a note 8. Disappointed...use to love this app

Alerts should have more options. Most of the alerts that come through I really have no desire for it, they're not even National alerts.

Just put app on mobile and first try to get information that would be useful to me and , it requires you to listen to a video. Can't hear or see video. I see others have the same problem. Black screen only.

Wish I could rate it zero stars. If you like ads this app is for you. If you want AZ news better try something else, although I don't know what. KPNX, KNXV, and KSAZ are just as bad.

Downloaded this app to watch live news since the website stream is absolutely terrible video quality since they removed the 720 video setting. Well this stream is 1/2 blocked by advertising and a banner so you can't see 25% of the screen. I live in San tan Valley and my antenna doesn't pick up ota for azfamily. Uninstalled after first use. Also no way I saw to use with Chromecast ????

Too many ads that junk up the pages. I just uninstalled this app. If you click on a story, you just get more ads. I get that ads generate revenue but when there are more ads than news stories, I have to say enough is enough.

So far you have always been my choice for news on t.v. This app has kept you on top!! You are the best by far. You're up to the minute on all news. And always can rely on you for the facts only! Much appreciated! A loyal subscriber

You really need to learn that Tonopah, AZ exists we are not called west of Buckeye. We are more than a power plant. Our community has need of proper weather information.

News isn't organized or orderly. You can scroll down until you find a story you've already read and think you're caught up until you scroll down further and notice new stories after the older stuff. Also will have multiple stories of the same event. I only use app for mugshots now.

The UI is infuriating. No where to find local news anymore. Only national news. I likes 3 TV for local news. Stop trying to be CBS.
