The reason I think this app is the best is because it is the most accurate I have found thus far. I love the feature when I am driving around I can hit location and see the homes that have sold and that are for sale nearby. I also appreciate that it is not open source so random people cannot add things that are fake. I have found this to be the case with Zillow even though I like so Zillow. Zillow seems to be like Wikipedia and this is the real MLS.

It times out, crashes, loses the map, and is slow with searches a lot. Not quite perfect, but maybe Realcomp can work on it more with all the dues I send to them quarterly.

I installed app did not work after creating account it kept saying the same 3 things then black screen n repeating like it was loading. I figured there was a problem with that install so I deleted and reinstalled it and yet again the same problem!!! Horrible waste of time!

App crashes frequently. It is always refreshing data! However, it does let you know which houses are off the market in real time. That alone makes it a useful app.
