Wag tag is an exclusive product of DogSpot which ensures that your pet comes back to you in case of any unfortunate event in which you lose him/ her. The wag tag from DogSpot will help you to reunite with your pet while maintaining confidentiality of the owner’s information.

Each of the tag comes with a unique code, if your pet gets lost the finder will call the number given on the tag and it will be connected to DogSpot. Our customer care will in turn connect the call to the rightful owner.

Every dog is allocated a unique id eliminating chances of any errors. The owners number is kept confidential, the call is routed to the owner through DogSpot customer care. The tag is transferred when the owner is changed wag tag can be easily activated by logging on to DogSpot or through the customer service IVR. Pet owners can update the information as and when required

In addition to basic permissions, the DogSpot app needs access to other functions on your device for it to support the above features -
• Device and App History: To detect critical crashes and recover the app state
• Identity: For native login functionality with your Google account
• Location: Providing location specific personalization
• Photos/Media/Files: Caching images for better performance of the app. It also allows the app to save/share images
• Wifi: To allow the app to connect to wi-fi and browse DogSpot on Wi-fi
