Love this. It's so smooth and easy. What a great experience. Keep up the good work. Had an issue where my suburb wasn't recognised. Ordered through the call centre and a week later when I used the app again it was loaded and worked perfectly! Great service

App works perfectly. :) But I do agree that the app should show prices before ordering. Its a big time waster to go back and forth adding and removing pizzas. Other than that, its alllllllll good, just like their pizzas! And cheesy bread. And bites. And chocolate things rolled in pastry.

Very simple app. And written in a way that still runs perfectly on my rooted S3. I find it easier to order off the phone than off the web or phone. My only issue is I don't know what I'm going to pay until the end. I have to add items to remove them to see prices. AND the pizza categories are not ordered in any logical way. Having the most expensive category under the cheapest is misleading. Nor is it alphabetical ordering

Good App. Would be great if you could leave a message with your order, or an option for extra season and extra crispy base. Also, tqo promotions dont work together, so if you want 3 combos with medium pizza and a coke, only the one is a combo special, the rest are charged at normal individual rate. Other than these few issues, the app is great bht the pizza's are truly the best out there. Nom nom.

Awesome app! I love the possibilities of the menu and deals you can add or remove on your order. The app is very user friendly and gives all the correct information. It doesn't hang or give any problems! Thumbs up Domino's!

I have never ever managed to complete an order the way I wanted it, even now i had to opt for collection because it doesn't pick up my address and every time I call it is going to be fixed and it's been too long now and end up calling the store. ..it happens all the time. Too BAD

It's a big time waster to have to add a pizza to an order before knowing what you will pay. It also feels dishonest! Show the prices of the pizzas and toppings before having to add to order, so I don't have to go back every time to change it again and I'll give you 5 stars.

Come on guys. You want people to use your app but you can't get the basics right. Address error has been a problem for ages, how difficult is it to fix? App saying delivery not available in my area when I had deliveries at my place numerous times.

Only thing that would be better is to show price and be able to comment after order arrived because I had an order with an item missing and wanted to be able to communicate that with store. Tracker proved useful as it allowed me to walk to my gate just as delivery guy arrived

I had a discussion about which pizza franchise is tops with a friend the other day and I voted domino's. She voted another cause of the ease of their app to order. Now there are NO excuses! Domino's is the BEST! live it. Quick and easy.

I like it but there is room for improvement. A tipping system esp if you pay via credit card. Also room for special instructions. Other than that we get our food quick, easy and in great quality so far. Keep it up please.

Great App. BUT, 1. Add issue recently where Bank Double charged for order, Not Apps fault. So this app needs the ability to have Stores add Credit Notes/ Amounts to the Owner, so in future orders the Credit amounts can be used against future orders and then pay the difference if applicable. 2. Need to show amounts next to Items before selecting.

This app is awesome. It has not failed me once. It works great. Thank you. I specifically like the tracking feature, so I know exactly what is going on with my food...lol.

I was unable to save my details and then I tried to pay using my credit card twice and it froze on the verification screen and would not go further. Eventually had to select cash option just to complete the order. Using Samsung A7

It's difficult to judge what to order if you cant see an item's price in advance. Also the app keeps on crashing with errors (159?) during tracking, resulting in a non functional service

The app is easy intuitive and works like a charm. The stores you order from however are terrible! Many times they take up to 45 minutes to deliver from the time that you receive the delivery notification. They phone you numerous times to confirm your delivery address but still don't deliver!

It's handy although it would be faster to just phone in the order. I couldn't add more than one instance of the same deal and had to do two separate orders. Would be nice to have app specials like the Debonairs app. But for what it's supposed to do its ok

This is app very user friendly. The only issue is that the tracker crashes every time you open it from the notification panel. I'll give it 5 stars when that bug is fixed.

It is so convenient to be able to order on my phone with an excellent interface!!! Loved Domino's when i lived in the US and lovin it here!!!! Just wish it had a way of telling you sauses are not available like ranch 90%of the time. Had to deduct a star for that

Excellent app. Keeps you informed on progress of order. Only issue is customising your order on the app does not show up on stores pc... this has happened 4 times already with no hope of it being resoved in the future.

Honestly, the user interface makes me want to crush my phone in my hand or throw it at a wall. Can't use my address because the retard maps can't find a 'valid address' but some how my dad can find it on his stupid iPhone platform. Can you update your maps or check for bugs?

It did it's job but the experience was not nice. Had issues with seeing the prices before I ordered. Also paid via card through the app. The absa 3d secure screen got cut off half way. Work with your payment portal provider to design a mobile friendly interface and don't just use the recycled computer version.

It's a good thing that I don't have lots of money, otherwise this app would make me broke. Easy to use, great deals and good quality. This pleases my stomach and my wallet.

This has to be the best delivery app, since I really love the tracker. Although I gave 5 stars, the updates on the tracker and address inputs can be improved... Maybe bug fixes needed in future updates. Overall love the app.

Where is the zero star. Opted for card at the door after the 5th attempt. Had a error and double charge before. If they weren't so conveniently close to my house I would boycott the restaurant group

The app is great but Walker Drive Domino's seems to be getting my order wrong . Always get thin base when I order thick. Quite frustrating that people have difficulty reading.

Great use it alot. Needs to have addresses updated, can't find my complex. Notes in check out would be nice. When ordering frm work I still need to phone to move delivery time.

The app looks outdated and does not work well. Always problems when checking out. Cant choose delivery option because my address is not logged. Far too complicated than it needs to be. Not very user friendly.

The app makes the ordering process much more efficient, as there are fewer misunderstandings as opposed to ordering telephonically. I also like the tracking information. Although there can be improvement overall it is awesome

Can't use the app because the address section for delivery doesn't work. The google plugin is messing with tne validation. Keeps on saying my address is invalid. Please test things properly because releasing it.

It used to work. Then it stopped. Now it says "delivery not available in your area". I'm like 1km down the road, and it used to work! Deleting forever (I don't give third chances).

Really easy to use, love the idea of the tracker, I know exactly what is happening. Just had 1 bad experience where it was delayed in sending notifications. But other than that what a fantastic app!!!

The app was easy to use, had an easy express option(favourite). Just fool proof, order tracking and everything else one needs in a pizza app. One improvement would be to have the option to choose or change the pizza sauce on the base.

Great app. However, it really needs the option to tip the driver via credit card. I do not keep cash at home. So I want to be able to select a tip for the driver. I can do this on the Mr. Delivery app. Also, would be nice to be able to see pizza toppings and prices in menu without having to go through the entire process of adding it to my order and then removing again. Apart from that, nice and easy to use.

It does work but the delivery tracker doesn't. Three times I've had phone calls from the store when the app says the food has been delivered but actually hasn't left the store yet.

I love that I don't have to add account, I just go straight through and my bank card worked like a charm. I'm happy. Now I'm getting my pizzas without swiping outside or at the door.

For weeks now it says pricing failed click to retry. Never works. Then go to the website and get errors there too. That's when I order from Somewhere else.

If I'm being honest the app itself is absolutely fantastic as is the service, HOWEVER if I order a Pizza on the app and it comes to R54.95 and I get an error stating that the minimum order amount is R55 YOU BET I'LL THINK YOU ARE RIDICULOUS!!! I mean seriously??? Then ANYTHING you add (in terms of toppings) or anything you increase costs you R6??? Really???

Every time I order I have to worker enter my address and wait for Google maps or reenter my password and select the address. Either one takes too long when I'm hungry.

Kept crashing when I tried to pay online. Had to remove a pizza twice before it was removed. Add more payment options like snapscan or payfast.
