Drift

Great in concept but I, like many others, get no push notifications. I have to constantly check my phone to make sure I have no missed conversations, which makes even being "on - call" a full time job. Not cool.

I do not get notified when someone pings on website. It's a great app but notification sucks

Crash issues fixed within 24hours of problem raised. Thats an awesome team. And app works perfectly now. Cant thank you enough.

The WordPress plugin and the web app are great. Android app needs some work. It'd be great if the chat had spell check (simple fix in the app XML file), and if the notifications worked better. Sometimes they don't come in, and I only see when I get an email from Drift.

Notification sound is very low. Chat typing sign is not present. Need to improve chat option more live like other applications

I love you guys and I love this app and the WordPress plugin. I can't thank you enough, although please add a feature of manual notification tones as Aurelien China pointed out. Again I love you guys.

Switching tabs is not sleek, you'll have to click or tap on tabs before you can navigate from away from assigned to me tab and another. Unlike other apps where you'll swipe left of right depending on the tab you want to switch to. Also, I get email notifications faster than the app notification and finally, there's no option to set or configure notification sounds and vibration.

I'm frustrated that I do not have access to the email addresses of my contacts from my phone. I spent 30 minutes trying to send a follow-up email to someone that reached out to me on Drift. I had to speak to customer service, who told me the email address is neither in the mobile app, nor in the generated email sent by Drift. The only place to find it is on the website.

I love Drift but the app needs work. Firstly, I don't get notifications most times and even when I do, the sound of the beep is too soft. Please fix these!

Wish there was at least room for 1 team member but it works so well I can't complain. +mobile app = awesome

Edit: Drift devs got the notifications up and running, and left a response on this review. These guys rock. If you don't have Drift installed on your site, you're missing out.

Drift is an amazing service all around, so much it's no surprise that their mobile client would match. Modern, material and able to turn on do not disturb mode makes this one of the best services if you plan to respond to chats a lot on your phone phone.

No push notifications.

Allows easy interaction with people visiting your website.

thanks for making customer-business interaction easy. this app was a long required feature.
