Mercer for Drivers

#1 it's needs to use a flash when taking pics especially at night in the cab. #2 the lock screen. We're contractors, professionals, and adults and should be treated as such. I'm not pulling over so my passenger can use it. Just add a passenger use feature and that addresses your liability. #3 I still love Mercer

I would like to see added to the app the ability to scan docs from an eprinter. Taking pictures don't always go well. Also have to agree that the app is fairly useless since it can only be used while parked. All other apps can be used while driving. That is what makes them useful.

My app does not have the drop down option for BOL, MAINT RPT and such. Did it go away? Also my app says 3.1.5 the app on playstore says 3.6 and wont let me upgrade. Any suggestions? Other than that its an awesome tool. I can see it gives cooridinators more sceen time less time on phone.

Again app boys. The pts allowed is crap. Taking pics of full bils and tells me sorry. Not good enough. So SICK OF THIS CRAP NOW.

Just curious. What is the point to use this new page to accept or decline if it is blocked when we are driving or sometimes even walking.

The addition of the matched loads is nice. But insufficient information to make an informed decision. Still have to log into the web to get all the necessary information.

Convenient and easy to use. Sending in BOL's is super easy. The app rarely works and has become more of a burden.

Love handling my own business don't have to ask people to handle it for you no waiting on the phone

I think it is better to talk to a human being. It is nice to be able to do this after hours but I think communication between coordinator and driver is a big must.. This don't promote that. It is what it is.

I have yet to have this application work correctly. I have done all the steps to ensure that it works properly. I have reloaded it several times, to "make it better", to no avail. I have no interest, to do another update.

Load advance still not working on my android

App worked great before the update, now it keeps randomly opening and says "register phone" even when I'm not messing with it

When is the new update coming was told 04/15/16 still no update on my phone....04/18/16 updated app still not working

It's not working on my Samsung Galaxy Note 3 it won't stay open

Image capturing to send in your bills hardly ever works. Always get the "poor quality" warning even though the image is clear as day.

Great app! Makes life easier!

My android complains this app is slowing device down, at uninstall it was up to 52 errors in a week. All while I wasnt using app actively. Also is the highest battery using app now. Uninstalling and reinstalling per helpdesk to see if it fixes anything. Samsung Note 5 on Sprint.

Just about everything I need to handle business. If only we could check the load board, fuel prices, and send fuel money requests it would be perfect.

Stop running all the time

Great app, I love how you can see almost everything you need about your loads. Checking in and new paperwork feature are so much of a lifesaver. Way easier and cheaper scanning bol's on here than transflo and I feel more secure doing so this way.
