Same charges collected both for low cost & even to high end cars, irrespective of responsibilities & risk taken by driver's , no ethics in it....... If driver reaches early to pick up point - he is not encouraged but if he reaches late he is fined with out any morality..... Value for driver's experience, time & suggestion are have been side lined, they should watch the updates on GPRS navigation & traffic conditions when the driver have accepted the duty and on the way to pick up point, make your back end support team to have basic experience in the system how it works on the road in peak traffic & not commutable place, maintain Dignity of service we render, better if u have tollfree call number for drivers by which we can reach help line more worth fully. So many things .... Recently after update you people removed ..how much you have charged for a customer ... What will happen if know how much you have charged for the trip ... Custo is asking us what are the fare details because they dont have time to check all ... And check in also removed like per day incentive .. now per hour .. they send us msg per hour msg but if don't accept one booking you will not get full day incentive .. and that booking is like 15 Kms out of city or something .. will be there ..

It not the best app. But a good one. It lacks a lot of clarity. The check in duration per day of the chauffeur is hidden (not shown). To put him in doubt about how long he was available for work hence forcing him to work more. The app drains a lot of battery and requires optimisation. Doesn't detect location exactly. With respect to the company seems clean and fair with almost all its policy. No comments to make.

What driveu team still 7 working days is not company.... U people cant get my money back just inform us and keep it no problem, however we give money for beggars like that we feel and leave it. just difference between U & them is they r poor & U r official BEGGARS.

They tell us to sign in for minimum 7 hour's..bt after each hour we get a beep msg that are u ready to accept more bookings and at the same the company calls us and due to that we sign out automatically and we get msg from the company that you are not checked in since last one hour.so even we don't get the chance to select yes..why are they doing this worst thing.if they don't want to provide drivers..just wasting drivers time

Accepted with Masood pasha statement , our issues which is getting updated here is going to deaf ears... pathetic dispatch team except few people, they order us as if we are slaves ,initially they have one rules ,often a week of months they keep on changing the stipulations , and payment is not proper half of the fare earnings are not getting credited back ...drivers please have a look on each and every earnings what u do on daily basis ..only 70% of the fare earnings are getting credited most of us are not checking it...so please cross check..most importantly rather blaming the company ,I'm happy to tell that bloody dispatch and outcalling thugs are spoiling reputation of the company .

Hi am a part timer for driveu specially during night nd outstation trips. I don't hav any issue wt the team. Hope further wl look ahead.

There is some kind of goof up in allocating duties to drivers management should look into this

The app is alert me onetime more battery chargers down,the battery level is going to low level,i can earning extras so I like it
