The estimate given on the app is false and states includes toll etc which is not true. The estimate is not inclusive of toll even though it says so. Availability of vehicle is also not accurate on app.

I was new to droptaxi.in and had no clue how it was gonna be. The overall experience was good. The cab person was too professional with good driving skill. I had my 10 month old junior with me, even though he had never been to my destination I've booked he took assistance and got me to time. Droptaxi is a too good way to plan your one-way or two-way travel.

DropTaxi concept is good. They are cab aggregators. I have used their services thrice, twice for one way trip. The quality of services is directly proportional to the driver you get. My experience has been a mixed bag - one good trip, one good trip but delayed pickup by 2 hours and lack of communication from driver, last trip stopped at my parents home for lunch - gave money to driver to have lunch and when I reach final destination kms had increased by 20-25km, mostly my fault trusting the driver. Customer care have less control and rarely are decisive. Use their services but watch out for such practices with a hawk eye. Efficient and Cost effective, not trustworthy.

Do not rely on this.. half of them do not run and they keep cancelling your bookings..

The concept of last minute booking is not there and they can't provide cabs even if you book 1 week prior

It is a rubbish app...call any local agents who will provide you car st a much cheaper price than what this app actually offer

Good concept. Hidden charges like two-way toll you have to pay. This thing you'll get to know once you reach the destination.

Actually the Person Who was Driver He Joined to this Taxi for New and Taken an Long Trip and It Was Just Amazing to Have Him for an Day ....!!!!!!
