Horrible app!!! Login do not work most of the time. I have to try few times before it works. It often gives message trying to connect.. very difficult navigate... When editing order it do not show your entry price.. so many issues..

Very disappointing. No Heiken Ashi candles? Bollinger Bands also don't work properly; no matter what you set deviation to, it displays the bands with default level of 2. ADX also don't display +DI or -DI.

When orders are set to visible mode, all the charts display the orders of one certain instrument - that was initially on the chart. Seems that the developer reuses one graph canvas for all instruments and forgets to repaint the orders on the instrument switch event. Please fix this issue. Otherwise I have to tab to another section of the app and back to make the chart actually repaint the order lines.

Can't connect to servers.

You'd think the kind of money this institution has would allow for a decent app. Well, no! A tedious login, part of screens reinit exactly when they shouldn't while the other part don't refresh when they should. I'm using MT4 to monitor and draw stuff (which is unheard of for Dukascopy) and only use this app for placing trades. Horrible user experience, horrible, horrible!

Having been reasonably happy with this app, minus the ability to use drawing tools such as trend lines and fib levels, I am now finding that the app constantly hands with the message please wait, reconnecting. This occurs no matter what internet access I am using, 4g or WiFi. Ironically I don't have this problem on an old tablet. So if you are using one of the latest phones it appears this app does not work

I can't do any analysis using this app without analysis tools like fibonacci tools and also the drawing tools like the line, polyline etc. so plz do more efforts to develop this app

Its all good, except that it needs good internet connection.

Still Needs work needs custom indicators

Please, add the price alarms from the charts. Please, add a few indicators of the classical set. Namely, Ichimoku, Murray math level, price action candlestick patterns. Also strongly wanted the volumes of futures on FX majors from CME. Thanks!

Well it's ok, I'm just happy that I can execute trades on it, But it needs a lill bit more. Problems you need to look into. 1. The time frame should NOT get refreshed every time one refreshes the chart. 2. Include a funds deposit and payout option. Then you'll deserve a full 5 stars.

Please add Ichimoku to mobile app

Please, Add more advanced portfolio statement with PL, Drawdown, performance indexes graphic analysis like myfxbook site does. 1.add a common set of indicators to the mobile app. 2. Add a possibility to set a default timeframe for the graphics. 3. Real-time time feed of the economic calendar events Notifications of the events.
