mPay

MyID is not syncing the information with mPay. When ever I try to link mPay with Myid it tells me that username or password is wrong. I login via website of MyID and mPay it logs in just fine. please fix the application as well as DubaiNow

Doesn't work on Samsung S7 with Android 7.0 some menu options don't show the buttons to choose/click.

A recent update caused the confirm payment button to disappear, making the app completely useless!

Very useful app. Saves you the hassle of visiting places to pay your bills. Extremely useful!

Payment confirmation button is invisible and gets lost in the white background. Might need to change the color of the button to fix the issue.

I have already sent an email with a screenshot the buttons don't show once I press pay. When are you going to fix it?

Best and easy app

I tried setting up my account so that my debit card is the default payment option. But I'm not receiving any text message when I'm trying to confirm my card.

Great app, please include more payment options like Etisalat prepaid and du , also the option to choose top up everytime rather to have to edit it from scratch !!

mPay Du - Mobile and fixed services - Madar request rejected. Reason: Du - Mobile and fixed services system is unavailable.

Even the transaction didn't complete for nol card top up.

My account is debited but my nol card wasn't charged

The GUI could use some more refinement. Also, integrating a mobile payment option would make this app even more convenient.

Very good and easy to use

Hands down, the best payment service I have ever used. Auto schedules bills, integrated with lots of service providers and removes the hassle of keeping track of payment dates. If you're in Dubai, there's no reason to pay Dewa, Etisalat, Du, RTA services through any other means.

Doesnt work while roaming. Keeps saying set time and timezone to automatic...

Got a transaction processing error. Was not able to pay my dewa bill. But the amount got cut from my bank account.. please fix this soon

I'm asking the support to fix this issue and they threw me to RTA. Then what's the point of using them??!!

This is by far the best all in one payment app. In less than 30 seconds I do all my monthly payment.

I subscribe on some of the options but cant do it when I contact them they can't help me to solve the problem

I have been using this app, but now on my Nexus 5 which has Android Marshmallow, when login I always get Unexpected Error. The same error I get in Dubai Now app also.
