Each EatFirst meal is freshly prepared under the watchful eye of head chef Benn Hodges (formerly of Roka and The Ivy), blast-chilled to seal in the freshness and delivered to your office or home within the hour. You can store meals in the fridge and when you’re ready to eat, simply heat the dish for the perfect meal.
How to order in the app:

Love the food there, too bad the service leaves something to be desired. I had been ordering from Eat first via the Just Eat app on a regular basis. So i naturally thought this app would make it even easier. But i couldn't register onto it because it appeared i already "had an account". Contacted them to try and sort it out, and while they sent me an email with a new password; it did not work. Send another email to ask them to try again and never heard back. To top it off, when i gave up and ordered from them via Just Eat, they forgot to include one of my items. I gave them a call and they apologized and said i would get a refund. After a week, still nothing. Had to call again and wait another week to get my money back. So while i love the food, i think i will order from other places from now on. This is too much stress just for a decent lunch. Dissapointing.

Love the app! I always know what I am getting: how the food will look, all the ingredients, how to prepare it. Love being informed and love the personalisation as well. Super easy to choose and order. Better tracking of the order would be great, but they do send texts with updates on the order. Love the app. Love their food

Serve some fantastic food. Ordering however is unnecessarily difficult and frustrating. Complicated delivery time windows/restrictions and the poor UX around those often have me close the app and use another service instead.

Beautiful pics and easy to use. The food was delivered in the agreed time slot , and tasted delicious. Simple heating instructions. Great for when you don't have time to cook, but still want something delicious and fresh at home

I still cant get my head around this. I got a call confirming the delivery from an international number literally in 1min after I placed the order. i.e 12:58pm ordered and call at 12:59pm. The delivery man was waiting for me in Canary Wharf on a bicycle near Waitrose, by the time my lift travelled 10 floors down. This is AWESOME! Im not a veggy fan. But the Veg-Food I bought today was simply awesome too! Good thought and good work.

Nice idea but requires permission to spy on running apps, browser data, bookmarks, user profile, etc. Says dinner in description but only offers lunch in the app. Uninstall.
