You people are terrible lately. If the system is down and we have to pay cash, how about putting that somewhere BEFORE we look across your menu for a super long time trying to pick the best stuff for ourselves? Your prices went up like crazy and now you're trying to get people back with "deals" all the time..eaze has become a lot more irritating to use and I'm thinking of nothing it at all anymore..its definitely not as convenient as it has been

Better health/safety for consumers! Tell us what pesticide, cannabinoid and terpenes we are smoking!

The app sucks the service and customer service is great. But app is no good. Better to go online

App straight up doesn't work

The service itself is great. The app is horrible. It worked once but now is stuck on loading. Basically just links to the website.

I love eaze! It's so much cheaper than the local dispensaries and the quality of the herb is better too! My only issue is I would love to be able to review drivers to let the company and the drivers know how great everything has been!

I love the service they are friendly and always let you know what's going on and how close they are. The app itself is terrible ever since I downloaded this I have never been able to open it. Just use the mobile website if you are going to use the service

Would not recommend this service as their drivers are unprofessional smelling like weed not sure if they know it's considered a D.U.I, their customer service is shot in the sense you cannot communicate with a dispatcher lol they only have a cancel button ????????. The ETA they give you is never correct and you will see it frequently jump. Save your money and time find a local dispensary or try another service. Just a friendly advice from another smoker.cheers P.S if you do decide to try the service trust me and the others reviews...USE CHOICE OF PAYMENT AS CASH NOT YOUR CARD...they might cancel your order halfway and you will have to wait weeks for their customer service to respond

Worst service ever took over 3 hours too get my meds it's now 11:00pm and I have work in the morning. So inconvenient definitely Will not be ordering from here again. O yeah it's my first and last time ever they can keep their 15 dollars credit.

I've ordered via their website and deliveries are fairly quick. This app does not work at all! It just stays stuck on the "location confirmed" page

App is broken. Maybe this company should focus on the app rather than advertising.

Crashes every time I "continue" after verifying my number. Even rebooted and reinstalled the app. Pretty useless.

Deleted it. IT DOES NOT WORK. I just updated and it still doesn't populate login screen nor the menu in the web browser. You have to order through a web browser instead of the actual app. I'll stick with my dispensaries. Tried to give multiple chances, same problem every time.

Timer is 100% fake. If it says 7 minutes it will be 45. App is constantly broken.

I had a very positive experience. Getting my approval was simple and fast. I got message updates. Driver was nice. Very happy, totally recommend. My friends uses it and loves it too.

It doesn't even open.

I ordered here three times. The last of which my ordered items were not delivered correctly. I got two 7$ edibles instead of two 35$ cartridges. I sent an email three days ago without a response received so far to correct the issue. It is now clear they only operate by email. I'm not a guy who holds up lines but three days for a misplaced order response is unacceptable. Delivery is nice but my advice is check your items, because apparently customer service is not a priority or plain doesn't exist.

TOTAL SCAM! They take your money and do not deliver, I sent three emails and never heard anything back so I had to call my bank to reverse the charge and STILL havent heard anything. Theres not anywhere to call, trust me just use weedmaps

The novelty of ordering delivery has worn out quickly. They're not scaling well; things are often sold out, they're inredibly late, and delivery people are obviously stressed out and therefore really difficult to interact with. If your dispensary is far away, then maybe this is a good app, but otherwise just take a walk cause this service just isn't worth it.
