About 7 Day Clean Eating Challenge
Hi! I'm Adriana Rueda, Certified Health Coach. I created this clean eating challenge to help you clean up your diet from junk food.
Eliminating junk food is not easy. And junk food is everywhere, even some foods that you will never think that fit in this category, they do, and I want to teach you how to get rid of it on this challenge.
I used to believe that if the food is on the shelf it may be good for me, wrong! The poison is everywhere.⠀
