ebookers Hotel Flight Car Hire

Doesn't give you business or premium economy fares. No Platinum member benefits on the app such as using up them two lounge passes we now get free. One thing that's good, I can cancel a hotel without phoning via the app.

Booked a place to stay for £40 went ahead to look and amend the booking, ebookers falsely advertised the place of accommodation as having free cancellation, upon revisiting my itinerary, there was no cancel option and the location was nonrefundable. In conjunction to this, my BONUS+ account has been cancelled or erased giving me no option of discounting my stay. What happened between my trip to Paris and now. Very disappointed

Just used to get app discount, but probably not worth the frustration.

Great app, booked my holiday to Cancun, Mexico in 2015 and we got exactly what was in the description. No hidden charges and really simple to use. Looking forward to book more holidays. PS: Great to see the Fight & Hotel option back!

It's way to much to effort to figure out how to create my own trip on the app. I'm really disappointed with the app after realising it can't combine my flight and hotel with just one click like on the website. Please add this feature ASAP. Then you'll get a better rating from me until then I'll stick to your website.

Over complicated site and app could not link to bonus+ feature so not able to take advantage of discounts despite spending many hundreds of pounds in one hit will not be using site in future and cannot recommend to others

I m frequent ebookers user. But it became quite unuseful since the new update.... not even possible to choose the class.... pity.

Does not load my flights or hotel. Not nice to navigate through. Deleted after 5 minutes of use. Better to use the internet browser.

Why does this extremely stupid app not let me choose my class of travel? I can't use it, since travelling in coach class is the only option.

Checking for flight from London to BKK ..it doesn't even ask me what class I wish to travel ??

Seems to have lost my two bookings . It has redeemed bonus points on bookings when I did not wish to do so. It is not giving me accurate information in relation to my status ie. Telling me I am becoming a gold member when I have been at this level since April. Rang customer care today past onto 5 different people and still did not resolve issues. Finally have given up goodbye ebookers and good riddance. Booking. Com from now on.

A beautiful example of how to take a great app and F#ck it up so much that I would not consider using ebookers ever again. Have used them 5 times a year for over 5 years, but don't have the patience with this new update. Will happily pay more for less inconvenience

Installed app trying to book and it keeps coming up re install who scores a 4 gone to a another app booked through them

Before ebookers was always the best when it came to cost for car hire but now its 30% more expensive than elsewhere

On the website, I find very cheap hotels,, here it only lists very expensive ones. Also not easy to use as the website

It makes its own mind up of were you think you want to go !! And the multi destination section is usless

Love the ebookers rewards scheme and always get extra credit to spend on it. The app makes the credit easy to spend and hotels easy to book.

I used to love this app, all my bookings in one place, easy to use, no issues...then the update came and my current bookings are no longer available to view on the app. Tech support have advised that the app is no longer connecting to the server that was used for my bookings. Ridiculous that they have no way of adding them back on. So now instead of a quick opening of the app I have to log on and view the bookings individually. Poor service ebookers!!

The new update has lost my booking , re entering all my details does not bring back my booking,... edited, booking is now visible , old site was easier to navigate but I haven't made a new booking yet to try it out .....edited again .... Booking not available again , go back to old app , it worked !

Used to be straightforward. Now it's too complicated for just checking fights. Please bring the old app back.

Much better than the previous version. I accidentally booked room for 1 person instead of 2 . Can't change it without paying extra (non-refundable). Even though, initially 2 or 1 was the same price.

I am a loyal ebookers customer. But after the update I dont really like going to ebookers anymore. Bring the old version back please.
