Doesn't work. Doesn't ask for login. Just freezes on menu page. Found another app. The other app accepts phone number and pin but just freezes on the OTP page.... Useless. Have to use the SSD system with *151#

Pointless app...it never works. Deleted from my phone as I note the numerous reports below stretching over most of this year with no resolution! Wow. Seriously disappointing service from what I have always thought was a revolutionary company.

The app does not work with Android version 5.0.2. It appears to be in a permanent state of freeze. Kindly work on this. I had become more used to the app on my old phone compared to the other options.

Doesn't work on my galaxy S5 and S6, it needs improvements on the amount to be paid or sent and allow us to put a comma like 3,50/3.50 etc Also I'd like to be able to request my VCN using tht app. Developers work on it please

Honestly Econet you cannot tell me that you are not seeing how many complaints there are already about its compatibility with Android Lollipop and Marshmallow. You need to fix this. Have deleted it from my phone.

Useless application, ever since I upgraded my handheld device, the application doesn't work anymore. Please fix it, for android devices running 6.0.1 software.

Kindly note that with higher versions of Android OS the app is no longer working. Please fix this.

Good app that works without internet. Add. Guidelines as it does not accept decimal point whether its a coma or dot which should be pressed

Why can't you keep this app up to date! Hundreds of users stuck because it doesn't work unless you have an old phone.

Ever since the extra whatsapp bundles were introduced i have not been able to buy airtime for others or even purchase the any of the app bundles.

This application freezes wen u a using Android Operating System Like, Marshmallow & Nougart. There is need to make e app compatible with the above mentioned OSs.

This app is not working on S6 Edge. All options does not respond. Please fix this. I can not use USSD after getting used to the app on another phone.

This app will not run on Lollipop. It's such an inconvenience. Sure because Econet knows there is an alternative to use they have resolved to take their time. If they (Econet) were not earning any income this will have been resolved 'overnight'.

So it used to work well but u need to update it. For compatibility with android lollipop and marshmellow.

App hangs on lolipop you can't do any transaction. Econet will fix the bug after 10yrs.

The fact that you can't input cents is very inconvenient, decent app and idea otherwise.
