Fill your username instead of email as asked. Top if that, probably they will close your grievances without doing anything.

I had complaint of SHO mahila thana Alwar about his wrongdoing and delay in presenting FR in court even after 5 months of giving FR in FIR no 113, 2016.But the irony of working of this portal is that the complaint was handed over to same police officer against whom the grievance was registered.How can he investigate honestly against himself. It seems like some police officers want to make this portal a fun to fail this concept. THEY MUST BE PUNISHED AS OUR CHIEF MINISTER HAD SAID SOME TIME AGO.

Complain dalo or bina action ke hi disposal kar jati he. Gud idea to makeing people fool. Jab complain ko bina investigation solve hi nhi karna to bewkuf bnane ki ka jarurat he. I think its publicity stunt only.

तकनीक सिस्टम बहुत अच्छा है, लेकिन समाधान के नाम से एक अधिकारी से दूसरे को केवल alloted व् आधारहीन,शिकायत किसकी आवर समाधान अन्य दूसरे विभाग के नाम या डिस्पोजल कर देते है ये नोकरशाही, यदि गलत डिस्पोज़ अधिकारी के खिलाफ भी कार्य वाही होनी चाहिये

Size bahut bada h , login bhi nahi hota, mmobile no. Dalne par sirf load hi hota rahta h

5 minus 1 for not uploading files and email id of raj sampark is known only through Call centre.

मै सरकारी कर्मचारी हूँ और संपर्क पोर्टल से सम्बंधित काम देखता हूँ यह अच्छा एप है लेकिन लोगों के प्रार्थना पत्र अपलोड करने की सुविधा इसमे नहीं है अगर यह सुविधा मिलजाए तो जिस ग्राम पंचायत में जनसुनवाई हो वहां प्रार्थना पत्र लेकर वहीँ अपलोड कर सकते है ।

गवर्मेन्ट सिर्फ तालियां बटोरने के लिए एप्लीकेशन लॉन्च करती है । पिछले 6 माह से रिमाइंडर कर रहा हूँ लकिन कोई सुनवाई नहीं हुई ।

यह एप सबसे निचले स्तर के व्यक्तियों के लिए बहुत ही अच्छी निशुल्क सेवा है ।
