Why? Because I don't feel like writing down my password in order to manually type it out. Enable clipboard pasting please. ECU has always been horrendous with passwords, having idiotic size and character restrictions. It worries me about what is going on server side... Can't be good security practices. The fact that passwords can not be pasted means I have to create an unsecure password (and remember it or log it somewhere).

I agree with those experiencing login/password issues. ECU, you really need to have someone fix this. I have 'uninstalled' and 'reinstalled' many times, with the same frustrating results. Please fix this issue or create something workable.

I have issues logging in. The notifications are incessant, and i have gone through the settings in an attempt to only get certain notifications, and can't (or can't find them...). I'll just check my account through the banking app. This one seems unecessary.

3 stars because it does what it needs to do. I can shut off cards and I get notifications whenever a purchase is made. I do, however, wish you would enable fingerprint authentication, like how your main app is set up. When I need to check something quick, I would like an easy in with my fingerprint.

Every time I want to log in I have to reset my password. I always use the same password but I have to reset it every time. It is the most annoying thing when I want to make a quick change with a card.

App has not worked on my Samsung G6 since last summer...

I've had no problems so far. Always works good for me and I hope it stays that way. I'm not an employee.

Dont let the 5 star reviews fool you. The employees off the company probably posted them to brown nose the bosses. It never logs in its a complete waste of time. Completely useless

Have had this app for a few weeks...and I cannot create an account ever because it always fails. Uninstall.

Havent been able to login to the app, but my password works when i login to my computer at home. Needs ALOT of fixing.

it only works half the time. resets it's settings on its own. wouldn't know if a transaction was made or not unless i looked

I watched the YouTube videos, followed instructions and received error messages stating the system was having difficulties. Please fix or remove your advertising for this app on your website. Thank you.

Notifications stopped working so long ago, I forgot the app was on my phone...

At least the billboard looks nice.

Very convenient. Would be nice if the 'spent on cards this month' followed billing cycles instead of just monthly. Or allow that as a setting)

I can never get logged in. Yes, I know my user name. Yes, I know my password. Uninstalling this app until the fix it.

App allows you to have complete control over your cards. Not only can you turn them on and off but you can also set limits as to how and where your cards will work. For example if you never purchase items online you can turn off those types of purchases so the card cannot make online transactions.

It keeps failing uninstall
