Parental Control and Dashboard

I have this app on my daughter's tablet and love it! But for some reason when I try to put it my sons tablet, it keeps saying network error and wont let me login or send the password reset to my email.... please help! I really do love this app, besides this issue.

I try to contact there support but no answer it give me a message it say after but all info it says network error event I try another wireless network still the same error

Had been using this previously and working well. After reset my tab and re-install the app is not working. Keep prompting error in network. Pls help!!!!!

I have tried everything and anything to register but it keeps giving me a network error. I have tried with wifi and without wifi. Nothing. This is a no-good app. Sorry.

Every time I try to set up registration it says network error. So I can't use the app.

Would be 5 stars if the recent apps and home button was blocked in kid mode my kids are still able to play after time has expired through standard phone buttons.

Running KitKat 4.4.4 after setup and setting kidsworld to auto launch at startup, touchscreen will not respond after reboot. Cannot get past lock screen. This is the second tablet I have tried it on (returned the first one - thought it was defective). The only solution is to reset device or start in safe mode and remove app. Very disappointing!

I use this app for both of my kids tablets. I love knowing that I can control how long they are on, what apps they can use and what time of day they can use it. my son use to try sneaking his tablet in the middle of the night so the time of day restrictions are a huge plus for us! The ads that have recently started to pop up are quite irritating but not enough to keep me from using a great app

My daughter found out how to get out of the kids one by pressing the button which shows all apps been on, you can still drag the information bar from top to see texts and other things and then click in from there too. Please fix. Thanks

I and my daughter are very happy with the app. The adverts don't bother me a bit. The only thing that bothers me, is the emergency phone icon available on the beginning/log on screen. Not a bright idea to have that icon there. If they're going to keep it, they oughta give parents the ability to deactivate it on the parent dashboard. Do that, and I'd give it a "5". Otherwise, we're very much pleased with the value for the price paid.

Very nice app of its kind. .really deserve 5*.but video is not launching in kids mode(both in Samsung S3&S4 series). .pleas help

My smarty pants three year old and I are both very satisfied with this app except for the annoying ads when the parent exists the app. Otherwise he has found only one loop hole with the time restrictions that I set.

Great free app. I am able to limit what my child can get into on the internet.

Great app, but am not able to access parental reports. The Reports link takes me to a page that offers me to download eddy paddy (have had it for months) or other apps related to spelling.

Have had it for 3 months and it recently has been freezing?

It looks amazing but the settings will not work on my nook hd+ or nook hd tablets. Whenever I do the parent password it just exits out completely. Would love to have this work completely. **Nook tablets and hd+ are ran off of an amdroid system now. Over a year ago they made the switch to google play. So the play store is how I was able to get this app. Most of all android apps work flawlessly. Might want to check into how the nooks are operating.**

This was up until recently a 5 star app, but the advertisement is an issue when exiting the app. When you try and exit using the parent passcode, a full screen ad pops up, with some ads taking 5 seconds before you can close it. For some reason after the ad is closed I get taken back to the login screen again, where I have to enter my passcode for a second time. Great for kids, but fix for us parents. Sony Xperia tablet

Have downloaded up to 5 different child lock which am not satisfied but this is amazing...I so much love it

Thank you for doing this free app. We did notice the add lately which is an issue as the kids tend to press it and then get blocked. If you offer option no add for an acceptable price I would get it. Thanks for developing this.

When attempting to access the parent zone it brings up an ad. When you close the ad it closes the app. If you click on the add it closes the app but doesn't open the add. This is a glitch filled app.

I downloaded this for my children's tablets and it is fantastic. Also their customer service is super fast to reply and very helpful!

The camera is on their dashboard but when they take a video and hit playback it takes them to their dashboard???

Love this app! It rocks! Kids can't click on ads, takes them back to home screen. I control what they have access to. So pleased! Well done! Recommend the download!

The main thing I don't like about this app is it puts a time limit on what she can do if I want a time limit I would have put one on but I don't why would i want a time limit on how long she can read! and I can't find any way to fix that also when I go to the settings of this app it doesn't work. So I uninstalled it, if you fix these problems I might consider reinstalling.
