My course content is not available even after paying full fees. When I called the customer care, I was advised to wait for a month for it to get uploaded. Is this some sort of joke when the exams are to be held within 4 months. I sent so many complaints via email, and calls to no use......

This app is very unpleasant to use. There are just so many bugs. Whenever I click on the Learn tab it shows me the PDF which it previously downloaded and I am not able to open any other book or material. Also there is no Speed Card Learning material available as was previously. Please fix the issues this version is completely useless.

Worst app ever. I am in 3rd semester doing specialization in marketing.I have paid full amount but still nothing is there in this app neither quizzes nor the topic wise discussions of each and every chapters only the PDF format of whole book is given.Ridiculous Still not improved. Only wasting my time.Very disappointed.

Even after 4 months of reregistration there is no learning material available for few subjects, don't know if they will update after exams. Even no one responded whenever asked.

I was told to download two different apps.. MyZone and Edunxt but I only got this app on play store. Where can I find them..?? Also, I am not getting webinar announcements on this app . I could only see the first webinar for OB, and the lecture was completely inefficient as it seems she did not even prepared before this lecture. Too much of fumbling and waste of time. Did not like as I expected a lot from SMU.

Stupid app gives out notifications for resitting but when you click on the link which says "Click Here" to know more, it just doesn't respond. How are we suppose to apply and make payments? A working person wouldn't really have the time call the helpline again and again and then send screenshots on emails.

It is evident that the university lacks planning and is unprepared in terms of making the electronic content availabe in the app. I am in 3rd semester of mba but unable to access the video lectures, summary cards and quizes. Already 4 months have passed in the current sem and still the university is working on the content. I hope the same episode is not repeated in 4th semester.

This app was total waste of time. It shows me all time invalid login. Help desk also show that. Only forgot password works.

I am able to logged in but it's not synchronizing the course or any other things. Please try fix this issue soon. App will be really helpful for the students. I am using Honor 5x Android version 6.0.1

It's just waste of time .no one will give proper response.no matter how many times you call them you mail them simply they will say will get back to you shortly.i have been waiting for proper response.

Worst!! It never recognizes the "username & password". Also, the online ticket using application is not being raised. I won't prefer to give "1 Star" as well.

Trying to change the exam location, while clicking on resit it says module registration timeline is missing, contact the administrator...total inconvenience...how are we supposed to sort this. The announcements has a click here hyperlink which does not open at all.

Pathetic service of all time,nobody response on customer care,centres,emails..trying to connect with SMU for my degree but no response...disppointing service ever as your student ..

There is no option for assignment submission or for viewing the submitted assignments. Also the webinars links are not provided for most of the courses in MCA

It's going to complete the 4th month after starting my 3rd sem of MBA. Still the videos are not given in the application. Now much to wait.

Please update this app weekly.. app generally crashed while opening any particular course content.

Very easy to access all my courses. Best app to study on the Go. Easy to login or even resetting the password. Totally satisfied.

Best education app i ever have ... Better than other govt online courses because all education matters not value...
