Wow for $6 . 00 bucks + you get absolutely NOTHING it hasn't work since I installed it refund please

Not worth it! Every time I shut down my phone, I must reinstall the Enable Text app from my laptop. I might as well do my studying on the laptop if I can't be that far from it anyway, incase I need to reinstall. Again. I also brought Copy/Paste and Kim said he would reimburse me for it. As yet, after more then 1mo. , he still has not repayed me.

I paid 2 time first install then removed because its not work good in jelly bean then I choice refund but I don't got money. I pay now a gain just for leave feedback its so bad. Hope Google respond my email. By the way can't copy different languages.

To put it mildly, its a piece of crap. Installed it on my phone and when I went to use it just by going through the tutorial an error message comes up saying that it couldn't take a screenshot. I then go to the website that is on the error message and it tells me that I basically have to plug my phone into a computer and download a bunch of crap to get it to work. No thanks. Refund please!

I have and always had a non rooted phones, which software version, neither is stable, and do not function with new versions of operating system

Incredible! Allows me to copy and paste anything

after making a print screen, the app let me select text from the screen. i can edit the selected text and when finished the text is copied to the clipboard for paste.

Took a little getting used to but works well

Worth it.

After reading several reviews, it would appear that most of the reviewers did NOT read and/or follow the instructions. In fact, most of the issues people seem to have with apps in general are a result of having a cheap droid. Also, most users don't understand that due to limitations of the hardware or the version of Android you're running have their limits. I am by no means a developer. However, I have been building, fixing and working with things like networks and other computer hardware for years. So I (as a user) understand why things don't always work to the expectations of your average user. You guys need to get over yourselves. This developer has made a very decent piece of software. It would be great if somehow a scroll feature could be added to the copy area so that if you have a great deal of text (I'm visually impaired so I use it for speech). But folks, bottom line. This is an excellent app for what it does. So try reading the directions for once. There's no need to trash the developer because YOU won't take the time to follow instructions.

I was very apprehensive about purchasing this app since I was not sure whether or not it would work on my phone (LG Optimus Elite). I am happy to report that Copy Text works great and is very easy to use once everything has been setup. If there were some way to avoid having to re-enable it every time I reboot my phone, it would be perfect. I can only assume that this is due to a limitation within Android, so I cannot blame the developer. However, it would be wonderful if there were an easier way to enable the app; otherwise, I'm very satisfied. Thank you Edward Kim!

I tried the Copy-Paste-It app and found that I needed to Root my Moto Razr Maxx to use this app. Since I have not done this, am not going to, the next option was to try Copy Text also by Edward Kim. The installation went exactly as it was supposed to and the app will copy any text it can see. Beautiful! Yes, you need to find the correct driver for your phone. You will need that for other apps. Once installed, Copy Text will capture just about anything. I even copied text directly from a home screen. Once initiated, the copy box opens in 3 sec. You move it over the text you want, resize it to include what you need, and hit COPY. That's it. Does everything that it says it will. Love it.

I tried the Copy Paste-it Trial version first, to find out that my phone was not rooted apparently - still haven't worked out what that means :) - so got the Copy Text instead. Made a complete hash of the installation process and had to email the developer for help. He was great, sending a link for the required drivers within just an hour or two and then I was up and running. Good App, just a bit complicated to get set up, but it does what it says on the tin

Useless app because it takes about two mins. For the crop box to appear. I emailed the developer but no solution until now. Why this app does not even have trial version? Seems like all dev wants is money. 6.99 for an app which is so slow to respond is ridiculous.

Exactly what I needed, this app is a must have!

2 stars for: the idea of the app is great. However the recognizer is not and even after using the internet method, the text box appeared to have nothing. Apparently more font recogntion is needed, bold words especially. Secondly, even I have set no delay, the time for the crop box to just appear is 15s for S Gnote 10.1 and it takes >2 mins for me to correct ur false recognition of a 3 lines PDF text. Thirdly, There are times when the app don't response to appear the crop screen. Hope you can 1) improve the speed and the recognition quality 2) solve the internet method and unresponse bug. Or other apps like Scanthing will even be less time consumable for my taskes. Thank you.

Like to use this when reading online books. Frustrating because it works for a few copies then stops. Have to restart my phone to get it to work again. Hope they come out with a update fixing these bugs.

I once had a rooted droidx and then I haven't AND I sorrily missed the Copy Paste app - this solved that problem as I just copied from a book in the Kindle App - just wow - I'm happy I have this function again - Thanks to the developer that has made this possible :-)

Just what I have been looking for. Great for studying and making notes. Even works on digital library books. Works best on basic text and doesn't work well in all apps but still a great app!

I find this app. To be one of my must haves for my Next book Premium 7se (Android 4.0). Works good and functions well with my. Ever note software. It behaves well along side of all other apps I have as well. I give this one a 5 star.

Fantastic app. This isn't just really convenient; it actually creates functionality that didn't even exist to start with! Simply superb! Well worth paying for.

Keep having to connect my phone to my computer to get this to work every time I turn my phone off. Waste of money.

Just crashes on my Nexus 10 every time I use it. Waste of money!
