Since the last update, the Messaging just doesn't work. Messages don't register or keep 'sending'.

What a waste of time you can see the pictures of anybody it's only the money that they want

Allowing to message for free weekend is conditional to have to upgrade to see photos, i want to see who i am interacting with. Its bull

I tried put my credit card number in and nothing happened it very much not helping if I can't put it in!!!!

Uninstalled as it doesn't load anything for me

I haven't found anyone I'm less than 93% compatible with, mostly 97/100% which is not true when I look at their profile. There is no location ranking, it crops the photos so the scrollable photos are of foreheads. The automatic questions and answers are embarrassing and most people on there is slightly weird. Its also too expensive and autorenew charge is SO annoying. Terrible service, functionality and community. Tinder is a million times better and its free.

A singles site is only as good as the people it attracts. eHarmony makes distinction for itself in trying to find open-minded, intelligent and insightful women. They are boring, superficial creatures with no interest other than looking at photos, age and distance from themselves. That’s all they care about. In this age of easy video communication, travel and everyone pretending to be open and "smart", eHarmony is full of the same narrow-minded, shallow, selfish and truly stupid women who are self-declared "Prima Donnas". In six months, I had 2-3 email exchanges, no dates and the rest didn't even respond... let alone dates!

They banned me yet still took my money.... Scumbags. I was on for 4 days with no activity whatsoever after I paid. Then banned me yet still took my money. Don't sign up. They only want your money

If you're after a tiny pool of undesirables, look no further than eHarmony. Its been over a week since I paid, and I've had only 30ish matches on the first day, with no new matches, no more in the what if section since day one. Wish I hadn't bothered to waste money on a site with such a small pool of people. Rip off

I wish I would have read the review first, I would never had wasted my time or money on this site. I signed up and paid the large amount for a 6 month subscription and the next day my profile is gone and they are trying to get me to pay again. What I did see from the one day I had it was 9 matches and half of them were over 100 miles away from me. Not worth the time and money for this site.

I have always liked E-Harmony... Problem is that the new app won't let me clear out the matches I already opened discussion with. It's a pain when I come back in after a while and have to remember where I left off if I only have a few minutes to look at a time.

Cancelled in a week. They kept taking money out of my account Now I cant sign in. Its not like the there advertisements. Match is better. And they are up front about 3 month cancelation fees.

This app seems to get a little more broken with every update. The site is okay (it was better when they had guided communication) but the app is useless- anything to do with messaging doesn't work. I just get an infinite loading screen on my Galaxy s4 with Android 5.01.

Horrible turned off auto renewal still got charged telling me it's my fault and won't refund my money. Can't even talk to someone that can do something to help.

Most boring dating site I have ever used. Extremely few matches to look at. Most of my matches live in other states. Do Not Waste your money on this site. It is a humongous disappointment & a waste of my money & my time.

Slightly better version of plenty of fish. You will get messages from people you don't want to message you. It would probably be a 3 star site if it was free. Given it's cost it is totally not worth it. Really disappointed and definitely wasted my money.

Good app when it works but get a message that it has stopped unexpectedly all the time now. Tried uninstalling and installing again but didn't work

Can't even set up my account, having issues with my email,both of them? 4 years later and still can't set up an account? Great work guys haha.

Its a scam they will take ur money even if you turned off auto-subscribe and they won't refund your money!

Downloaded app, created a profile, app wont work at all. Cant even delete my profile. Nothing works on online site or the app. Waste of time.

Too expensive, need to offer a month trial for free to see if it's liked enough to pay so much for it!

Worst ever.. didn't even upload a picture before I realized it's just not going to work for me... i was excited i figured for all the questions that I had to answer id get great matches... but without a credit card i can't even see pictures.. not even a trial option... if i would have looked at the reviews before downloading it i would have saved 30 minutes of my life... smh will uninstall now..

Extremely disappointed. My feed never changes. People don't interact or message or flirt, or do anything! It's the same 3 profiles every time I sign in, which is rarely now. The only reason I still have it is cuz I paid for a full year. Waste of time, money, energy.

App is rather chunky requiring to force quit the app to refresh. About the service itself I'm either the most ugliest thing that walks the earth or eHarmony's matching algorithms need looking at, since I have had zero conservative since I signed up after saying hi and winking and getting nothing back

Since today's update, the What If no longer loads. Also, when What If actually worked, you could never see photo captions, which when there's only one picture but five people in the photo you can't see if there's a caption saying "Second from left" or "In the blue skirt" or things like that to help identify the person from the profile.

Lol i have to upgrade(pay monies) to even see my matches pic? I just wasted time making their long-winded profile to get insulted for making effort. Nice practical joking app i guess. HaHaha

So far it's only getting one star. I clicked the wrong distance when searching for matched and when I try to edit that in settings it keeps logging me out and then telling me there are no available matches. Well no duh, I needed to expand my distance because of where I live.

Don't do it! Complete waste of money! You will regret it! No results, no good matches, no refunds, ladies you can do better I promise!

Not impressed with this dating website. The software matches you with others who have similar interests but you only have access to those people you get matched with. You can not look at other's profiles. This limits your possibilities. You're lucky if you get 4 matches a week.

The profiles on these apps have more details and well-selected on matching with my characteristics but they seems less active than other dating apps (may be due to high cost of registering in this app)

Installed the app and could never log in. Mobile site doesn't bring up matches so I thought I would try this but it doesn't work either. Seems major improvements are needed for the whole site and app
