el Grocer - Online Grocery Delivery

Well it can be better,if i have the time for wait this icing down app i use it.Very slowly,sometimes i feel better to deliver the things by my own.10 time experience.

I actually like this app good for me because i can't go daily out for grocery..

Thanks for replying to my previous negative feedback. The app updates are making a difference. Faster and smoother. Still quite slow, lots of loading spinners between every single category. Search is annoying as it starts searching before I manage to type the full word in.

Better to call the store directly and request delivery & theres a better chance they would deliver within the hour. Waste of timr using the app.

I initially liked this app. Despite what others have written, the way it is organized suits me very well. I ordered several times and all went well. Recently, however, either the order is cancelled or not delivered (and I am forced to cancel). I suggest el grocer put more time into managing their stores and inventory than marketing their app. I see signs everywhere, but that is just going to increase the amount of dissatisfied people.

This is a great app, and I belive it will grow really big soon.

Horrible customer service. Always late. Arrival was 146 minutes. Over 2 hours. Not good service. Never use it. Never order from kaypee supermarket

Easy to use and very convenient app. Delivers in less than 60min. Most products are available. When product is not available,the store calls in to notify if I need another product instead. Overall very satisfied with the app and am a frequent user.

It's useful, but the app doesn't include a lot of fresh products that I know are available in the store, which is disappointing

The hell?? I spent a lot of time choosing what I need and when I click on my cart to pay ot says "something went wrong!!!" I can't check out!!!! Seriously???

Didn't receive all what i ordered after 2 hours waiting !!!

Absolutely irresponsible, not trustworthy, no customer Service, order never arrived, incorrect billing, no response from service, I requested to delete my account

Dispite the fact of all the negative comments I read I gave it a try and sorry to say had the worst experience of ordering with el grocer. Everything was wrong from That 1 shop on search delivery after 3 hours to wrong product on the app then delivery of a self made list of items by the shop then while discussing the issue with el grocer representative on phone and no solution.. I just returned the whole order.. am not sure what good of a service can be expected if you'll don't know ur merchants.

I live in JVC and despite the number of groceries I couldn't get a simple order delivered. ElGrocer made it super easy to get the weekly groceries.

Any location i put- not found?!

So far the app has been decent, but I really dislike all the products being arranged by brand, rather than product. It means a lot of extra clicking as I decide between 2 similar products and even try to scroll through the items. Would rate it better if this were fixed. Then I got a series of phone calls about my location, and finally one saying that my building isn't covered by delivery, although they have advertisements in our elevators! Not impressed, a lot of wasted time and now no groceries on the way

Spend 20 minutes trying to register, won't accept address, says wrong password, a real waste if time. I stick with Instashop, simple and efficient.

Why would you advertise in my building if you do not have providers in the area and we can not use it? Same complaint as rest it kept saying location not found even when I find it in search

Same problems as with Instashop. Missing items and then wasting time trying to fix it.

Downloaded the app and can't open it. Crashes on opening it. Nexus 6P with Android Nougat.

Ordering groceries while I'm on my way back home saves me considerable time and not having to explain what I need verbally is really convenient! The Groceries actually deliver in way less than an hour and I appreciate the after sale/ customer service follow up.

Well considering im in one of the built up areas right beside the difc its weird there are no stores where areas where theres barely a proper road seems to have delivery & stores?

Same market prices. 30-40 min delv. COD available. Convenient service especially in summer & for busy people at home & offices.
