App is worthless. NEVER asks the correct access questions so the you can login to your account

I can't login. I haven't been able to for the past four weeks. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Please fix this and I will change my rating.

This app functions are terrible, incomplete.

Saw lots of reviews about not logging in but I don't have a problem. Will update if I do. App is easy to use but I haven't really done much on it

I never had any trouble with this until the update I applied on 10-18-17, which causes the app to crash every time as soon as I enter my password. Way to go guys... fix your crappy app already.

Not sure what to think. I've never been able to actually log in! Have a Visa Business Card, plenty of money in our back,but have to login using the internet eve-ery-time. Always a note that says, Sorry! I've called and complained, but nothing. I still can't pull my account. Please fix!!! I can't leave or I would! Too many points built up, and can't decide on what to buy. Believe me when I figure it out, I will. Makes Visa look bad.

Very easy to use

I have a Samsung Galaxy S6 and this app is useless. Can never log in. Always says error. I can see from the reviews that many others have same issue. In this day and age with so much being through phone apps you'd think a company this big would make sure they have an app that is useable. Maybe they need to hire someone that knows enough to make this happen as their current department obviously is not getting the job done. Worst app I have. I can log in on computer through internet just fine but phone app is sadly useless.

I was reluctant to install because of the reviews. I guess I'm one of the lucky ones because I haven't had any log in issues many others have. I haven't made a payment yet but everything seems relatively user-friendly. Time will tell if I change my rating. I have a pixel if that's relevant.

Cannot log in... Giving me "There was an unexpected error. Please try again" when logging in both with biometric and typing. Please fix. I am on a Google Pixel running Android O. Beta is over and I still cannot log in, unacceptable at this point.

Never seen a more cumbersome banking app until this doozie. Security questions that never were choosen by me come up and the ones I did selected are deemed incorrect. I have no problem with the card issuer.

I've been using this app without an problems until 2 wks ago. I can't sign in. Anyone else having this problem.

This app is complete junk. I can't log in half of the time. It keeps having "an unexpected error". I've tried uninstalling & re-installing to no avail. The only reason I bother with it is because access to the company site is almost as big a pain & I need mobility. I wish my bank had never procured this company's services.

Could never even get logged into the app despite registering on their website. Very sad!

I was able to log in when i first downloaded it. But now it just says Unexpected error. So sad was helpful when it worked

Payment description is not accessible, I used to log in by fingerprint, our of no where they cancelled that feature. It doesn't update the statement even if I have the knowledge of how statement update works .

Update July 2017, still same issue, DOES NOT WORK, CANNOT LOGIN. Same "Unexpected error had occurred..." issue as others. Just installed on NON-ROOTED Note-5... Just uninstalled as well!

It wont work at all customer service is no help....if the problem persists im closing the card not worth the hassle. ....

I can't get this app to install it says my Samsung is not eligible, what's point of having an app that only works for some of your customers but not all.

I installed this a few months ago. Its NAME IS CREDIT CARD, NOT ELAN credit card!

I couldn't log in a single time. It keeps telling me to check my network connection and try again.

The app itself isn't bad, but about 50% of the time when you try to log in it won't work.

To the developers, thank you for the update. There are no longer errors in the payment process.

Worked great for me. Don't leave any blank spaces in username to avoid errors.
