Every time I try logging in I get a message that an unexpected error has occurred. Every time it seems less unexpected. Tech support's advice? Use the website.
One day, I was able to use this app and everything worked beautifully. The next, when I tried to use the all, I got a message saying that I may not use the app because my decide is rooted. Why is this? All of my remaining bank/card apps work.
It keeps having errors
Can you please add the capability to sort/filter transactions; by type (grocery/gas/online/recurring bills/other/whatever), and by period. That would make sharing expenses amongst the rest of the housemates much easier. If so, I would definitely recommend this app.
What a load of BS. They won't allow me to use the app on my rooted phone. Plenty of other bank apps work on my device. I guess I'll just have to drop Elan Financial Services.
When ever I go to make a payment I get an error saying that I dont have a network connection which is fine, please fix I ended up with a late fee because of this bug.....
Love the idea of making credit card payments without using a browser but that feature doesn't seem to work on this app. Every time I go to submit my information to make the payment it loads for about a minute then says error, check Internet connection. My Internet connection is fine. Tried it on WiFi as well, same problem. Please fix this issue.
Love this app, very convenient to look at balance and pending charges. HOWEVER, I just Confirmed all the other complaints, will not let you make a payment. If this was fixed it would be an easy 5 stars.
Won't run at all. Waste of time. Why release such a poor app?
