Been using for years but had to reset phone and now the icon is funky. Looks fine for a moment and then quickly readjusts, leaving the badge placement off and the label cutoff. Deleted and reinstalled, same outcome. Still seems to work but I'd like it to look like it's supposed to.

Was working great. Just showing the badge that counts unread emails which is what I wanted. All of a sudden, possibly an update, a message box pops up on the screen every time a email arrives! Super annoying and I can't figure out how to turn off the pop-up messages? Tried blocking notification for both this app and Gmail, and I still get them from this app. May try clearing cache, but restarting the phone didn't help. Please help?

This was great widget until my phone updated to latest version of Android. Now the widgets just open gmail in previous folder, they don't take me to folder specified in widget. Nexus 6P

Development Team: the Oct 14th update to the Gmail app has fixed the problem with Unread Badge. It now opens each specific Gmail account I've set up with the widget. Thanks for creating a great product.

It's an ugly app. Doesn't not work with my Samsung Edge 7. Not sure why Google doesn't have this as an option in their app anyway.

D70%
by D####:

Following the most recent Android update, the badges no longer open the Gmail account they are linked to. Instead, each badge opens the last viewed Gmail inbox. Seeing this on a Verizon Samsung S6. Would love to see a fix.

Incorrectly rated this as 1 star (due to the popup notification), but have since seen another review which states how to prevent that coming up. Have deleted my widgets and put them back and it's GREAT... Does exactly what I need (which is show different unread counts for my different gmail accounts). Awesome stuff...

If i'm not mistaken this app use to be called Gmail Notifier. It has nearly the same layout the Gmail Notifier app had and it does the same thing the Gmail Notifier app did and the icons are almost the same as the Gmail Notifier app was. You'll only get one notification if that but after that even if you set it to notify or alarm you won't get a notification or an alarm for every email if you get any notification or any type of alarm at all. I paid for the Gmail Notifier app so if this is the same Developer and app i don't think customers should have to pay for it again. This could be a great app but the Developer needs to fix the issues with the notification and admit this is the same Gmail Notifier app just a different version well lack there of a different version because the old Gmail Notifier was much better than this.

Used this a widget for years, but now it no longer jumps to specific account (android6), though count# shows correctly. FIXED! (now 5 ⛤)

I have been using this app for a number of years. And found it to be the only way to stay on top of numerous email account notifications. Good job guys!

D70%
by D####:

It works and solves the biggest problem with the native Gmail app I.e. Not having a badge (counter) that tells how many unread emails.

V70%
by V####:

Works well, appearance is highly configurable. It would be nice if this app was enhanced to support Inbox too - which is also missing an unread count badge.

D70%
by D####:

Widget doesn't show badge count until it is tapped on (opened). Alas have to go back to stock app with notifications. Huawei P9 with Marshmallow.

Had to find something to replace original Droid mail app that lost its count bubble since the Nougat upgrade. It's ok wish I could increase the icon size.

Indispensible for Gmail badges and who doesnt need those? Works flawlessly except sometimes gets killed if u have auto task killers and u need to restart it.

Helped me break up my multiple emails on the screen.

Works great but doesn't install like the Video on a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge though. You have to go to Widgets and do a search for it before you can find it.

When suddenly, I wasn't being shown with a number on icon, that new msgs arrived, I was told I needed PRO model of this, just bought it but not certain how it's installed- will update later. On my Note Edge Home page, I have this widget for 5 email addresses & it seamlessly tells me when I have messages that are unread & how many. I've had it through 3 cellphones, at least & would be lost without it. It's issue free.
