Using One+ phone & initially worked well on 2-3 inspections. Several niggles - mainly more time consuming & a lot less slick than other tools (why cant site notes & photos be in one ap?) But i was prepared to live with clunky nature until it started crashing, failing & wiping evidence photos. Followed the advice of Elmhurst but it still fails mid inspection every 2/3 times. Basically if I can't rely on it then its no good. Shame.

Setting aside the partial nature of this solution to the surveying task it should make the photography part a lot easier . It may be me or it may be my device (Samsung Galaxy Note) but I find GO quite hard to get on with. The address search is temprimental and I am frustrated that the category buttons do not always respond to a tap and that they double up as shutter release. The captions are awkward to select and the selection of stock captions seems to be the same irrespective of the photo category chosen. The flash selection control is also difficult to select and the 'helper' that makes the whole screen a shutter release has to be deselected before changing category. The Samsung voice activated shutter release does not work inside this app. All in all it has the makings of a useful tool but it is not there yet.
