BURGER KING® App - UK & IE

Awful! Doesn't work properly. Times out won't let you sign in. I'm constantly having problems ordering via the app. It would be quicker for me to go to the store and order it then bring it back and eat it.

Burger King tastes nice but tiny rip off portions. They changed it to only 1 usage of only 1 voucher. Not buying here again, uninstalling now

None of the Burger Kings I went to accepted the (in date) vouchers. I used to go to Burger King but this has resolved me not to anymore. Well done great negative marketing!

Quite a few problems; one it's been limited to one use per visit - this is terrible seeing as most people go with friends and family - and now having to order individually is both time consuming and inconvenient.. also terrible service in store when the app fails to load..it's as if it's the customers fault - when intact it's the new updated app..

Constantly spamming my notifications. 1 voucher limit makes it useless, a disk of what tastes like burnt dog food on a bun for £7 nahh.. time to uninstall and wave goodbye

use to be the best app but now its way below the worst app...1 code use allowed...how do you suppose a family of 4 feel about this...way to go...you really know how to not make money...back to McDonalds I go...

Where is the info about carbohydrates in the app ? This is annoying as I have to check it before my daughter's meal ? She's diabetic and needs insulin . Please think about it and fix it please . Thanks

App seems ok not bad deals . I'd add a vegetarian offer and a 4 people deal though or allow two vouchers max

Why does the app need permission to make and receive calls?

Will not login using my Facebook account, even though every other app on my phone does!

I really enjoy using this app. For me works just fine. Every now and then I have to log in again as it logs me off ...but other then that I always use the vouchers.

It gives you many vouchers to save some money.

Since the app was 'improved' it has entirely ceased to work, and as a result I no longer eat at Burger King. Well done chumps. What is it with dumb corporate types that they can't leave stuff alome? If it ain't broke, don't fix it, dumbass.

1 star because the app opens. That's as far as its usefulness goes. Menu is outdated. Can't write in the postcode box to check delivery. Couldn't be bothered to check any other features. If you can't get the basics correct, then what is the point of having an app?

A good way to get ripped off. If you are overcharged for an in app offer, customer service says the restaurant must fix it, the restaurant says customer service is responsible, so they can steal your money, knowing that most people won't sue for small amounts. Criminal app.

Its nice that i get push notifications for new vouchers but, as i cannot even log in, almost irrelevant. You are already down to 2.9 stars, maybe revert back to the app version that worked?

Can't display voucher codes. Says displaying short code. Burger King your app is really disappointing. I love your burgers but come on jus fix the app update still doesn't fix it noobs

Would be a good app if I could actually order off it. It says every thing is out of stock at all the mcdonald's I drove to when I saw people at the cash register getting the same food I tried to order

V4.0.1 on 6th November seems to have fixed the total mess they made of the last release, so it more-or-less seems to work now. No idea why it needs the telephone permissions though, when it should know who I am by my login.

Quite the worst app I have ever used. The best way to use the app is to do a new registration everytime you want a discounted burger it will then work but the next time it won't recognize your user/password. Using the forgot password sends you the reset link by email and tells you it's been changed but it still wont accept the new password on the login page. I now have multiple accounts but at least I can tell how many burgers I have eaten! This problem is apparent on my phone and on both my tablets plus on the phone using the forgot password link cause the phone to 'lock up'. BUT the burgers are much better than the app.

I do love burger king over McDonald's, but these vouchers are getting worse. Paying full price for a burger king is pointless when you can get take away for cheaper

Utterly useless. It doesn't recognise the account password so you reset it and it still says it's an invalid password. If you're going to offer an app then make sure it works or you end up annoying customers who then choose to go elsewhere.

For the love of God please remove burger king places that do not accept this app. Wasted trips

I used to love this app and would have given it a 5 star but since your update I haven't been able to get it working on my Xperia z3, it keeps freezing, please fix it

Cheaper and better than mcdonalds, Only thing I would like is some onion ring vouchers...

like everyone else.. since the last update it wont let me login, you need to sort this out pronto BK because im not paying full price, il go elsewhere

I denied BK using my phone. It would not continue my app.

Cannot switch off notifications. Should be BANNED by Google for that alone.

New app does not download codes. Gets stuck at getting short code. Useless. Edit: it's working now.

Unbelievable that wont deliver to my address even thou it said it would to my postcode but will deliver to a house 2 min down the same road
