App does not work. You should have video first and then payment option. Now after payment am stuck with no customer support. After reading some feedbacks, i realized that if you give possitive feedback, u will get a reply. Otherwise they wont respond. At least to ask as to what the issue is.

When ever I put my ID and dob for video recording it crashes it says customer support stopped .I need the certificate urgently can you guys help me out ??

I am pleasure to inform you that this is best step to develop such application for smart phones. I have a suggestion about it. Please add online application form filling facility for customers in it. For this customer will fill RA/RAA code first and an automatic link will be generate to fill the application form via Aadhaar OTP. After successfully submission of the application, a page will be open with the following information- 1. Customer name, 2. Customer id, 3. RA/RAA Name, RA/RAA mobile no./email id

This app is very useful. But it should include facility of registration also, so whole procedure can be made from mobile. App should be customised individual RA wise with their registration link.

Nice mobile application but need to update it frequently as sometimes video recording is not supported by this app. Thought is good but need to improve its implementation part
