I got a text message on 23rd of September that they have stopped serving in certain areas (including mine) for few days as they are undergoing some operational changes. It's 30th of October today. More than a month has elapsed and they are still not done with their so called operational changes. I mean, what is the problem???

10/10 for hygiene, packaging and on time delivery. Curry, dal and roti tasted just like they are made in home. Curd was fresh. Rice used was basmati and was slightly under cooked. So this is a scope of improvement. With few customizations the idea would really click!! Keep it up guys!

Because I used to order regularly I kept some money in their wallet but now they've gone AWOL. Either refund or restart services.

It was good while it lasted :(. Been a regular customer of spoon joy ordering every day for the last 3 months, ordering both lunch and snacks. I did not find any issues with the food as such, app and wallet services have both been great. However, of late, they seem to be curtailing operations. First they stopped delivering snacks, then dinner and now they have stopped delivering altogether! I now have funds stuck in the wallet which i can no longer use. Either refund the balance or start serving again.

Tried Login through my Email..Google..Nothing happened..Just Loader and back to login Screen..BTW i thought i will give a try and that what i faced..Keep it Up

I'm not able to open it on my laptop neither on my phone. The worst thing is I downloaded the app tried logging in, it won't go through. Please do something about it I love the food from spoonjoy

Stopped serving in areas where they used to deliver. Don't know reason for the same

My money got struct in their wallet. Please don't order any thing as the application response is not at all good. Logins to application means wastage amount

The app will not login using either of the login option provided.

Tried by both Google n facebook acc. But still cudnt proceed. This is not welcoming.

Pathetic app, how can you release without testing. It doesn't open.

Worst app I ever seen..they are not able to deliver the order to a place which they had delivered before..the app says that we are unreachable to your place..and they will cancel the order on their wish..they will leave a message saying that we are sorry to say that your order has been cancelled..if they can't deliver the food then why should they accept the order??

Food quality is good.

Would've given less than 1 star if possible. Why? 1) Can't view anything on mobile site. Forced to download app. 2) THEN can't login into the app with Google/fb account. 3) No provision for signing in. EPIC FAIL. Freshmenu is wayyy better. Uninstalling spoonjoy NOW

Connected to Wi-Fi with speed more than 10mbps. Tried signing in using Google no avail. Later tried signing up manually using email. Pathetic. Uninstalling!

You guys pack rice as if it's for cats.. And even the worst canteen/mess in India makes better moghlai chicken than u guys, and please rename dal in your menu because it's definitely not dal, and lastly I don't even wanna try the kadi after knowing what your dal tastes like.. spoonjoy! You are So hopeless..!

Been eating joyfully since a week in koramangla & they have never disappointed me.The menu is affordable ( I hope you will keep it that way) and the portions are filling. The app is good and has room to be improved which I am sure the dev's are working on. One suggestion is you need to add GPS pinning for addresses and live tracking delivery boys like swiggy.

this app offers a lot, if it succeeds it may change eating and ordering habits. great dishes as well!
