I had it installed and didn't open when I tried to open it. Uninstalled it and installed it again but it still won't open screen will just turn white
I love this app and this card, it's easy to use and does everything I need, Maybe the ones that doesn't like it should be reminded of all of the fees other cards charge , and then maybe they will be grateful for BBVA for making it easy in todays money hungry world....THANK YOU BBVA,,,that's all people should say.....
I love this this app. But my question is I have received a new card because I change my last name but when I login I see my old card number and not the new card. Do I uninstall the app and reuninstall?
It used to work fine but I accidentally deleted it, so I reinstalled it & now just get blank screen , I've uninstalled & reinstalled 5 times, still blank.
Well this amp will not let you go in the end at all it's just blank you can't see anything
Used to get notifications but now it will not send me notofications no matter what I try to do.
Worked fine up until today and now it's just a blank screen....

App freezes 99.9% of the time. Even worst, whenever you use this card at a store or restaurant as "credit", my available balance is printed on every copy of my receipt. I just called customer support yesterday and filed a claim. I have never delt with issues like this when i had my Rushcard.
Not sure what the fuss is about. It's just a simple and easy to use app that I use to keep track of my money I add to the card. And every time I spend, it notifies me. Also tells me what's left and how much I've spent. There are other options available such as to categorize on certain spendings I just have no use for them. All in all it's a simple and easy to use app especially for those who do online shopping.
I am changing my rating from a 4 to a 1 because of Ms. Wanda Borger , she called me directly and listened to what was going on and then worked on getting it fixed. She was kind and helpful and kept calling me back until she was sure I had the 2 cards I wanted. Thankyou very much Ms. Wanda and when my granddaughter gets her card and uses it without problems I'll give you a 5. Well here it is a week later and no card for my granddaughter AGAIN,WHAT I S WRONG WITH YOU PEOPLE? I JUST WANT WHAT YOU SAID !!!!! I TRUSTED MS. WANNA HAD THIS UNDER CONTROL BUT OBVIOUSLY NOT!!
Just wanted to cancel card, I never really used it. So didn't think I needed it. The representative I spoke with was short and rude didn't give me a chance to make sure it was even cancelled when she just hung up. If I could give no stars I would.
Its easier to use the website than the app. App does most of what it claims. I can't lock the card from the app. Another problem is the app is not efficient or user-friendly. They should make it easier to see the current balance. Putting in password everytime is obnoxious. A person should not need to sign in to see the balance. If they insist on requiring it they should use PIN or fingerprint instead.
Loved the app when it worked. Last several months all it does is tell me that the website is unavailable. Using the android app, if I can get it to work again I will up my rating, as I actually did enjoy the app.
Please allow to remember my login and add fingerprint scanner. It's frustrating to enter my username and password everytime I log in. Add that and I'll change to 5 stars
I actually like my BBVA Compass Card. I don't know what went wrong for many of you all who are having a difficult time with this card. I love mine. No complaints at all. Thanks BBVA CLEAR SPEND !
I used to really like this app until a few months ago when I had to request a new card because I had a fradulent charge. I called customer service and was eventually sent a new card. Several app functions including the ability to lock the card had been disabled so I contacted customer service both via email (never received a response) and over the phone. Aside from apologies, they said they would look into the issue and that I should call back. The app itself said to call customer service and I did but the issue was unresolved. I still cannot lock the card through the app and am reluctant to keep using it since I believe the issue should have been resolved when I called. *Update: Problem was solved.
When i open the app its a white screen no words. Not much information found on a white screen!!!

These a**holes are crooks and I have the proof. My son's disability comes the 1st of every month unless it's on a Sunday. His money is in but they came that it's not there even though when I bring up the app it shows it there but the claim it's not there. Such bullshit and I'm contacting a lawyer

Don't know about all the freezing and other issues peeps are having. App works great on my $29 Moto E. Love the Clearspend service. Keep up the fine work BBVA. Got the card the first week it was available so I've installed the app on a couple of phones without hitches or freezes.
You've done one great job of displaying how little you listen or care about the customers who have taken time to specifically review this so you're aware of it's complete uselessness; yet not a single response or update. No wonder your app rating is the worst I've ever seen. I just wish I could rate the company the same. How embarrassing.
This app is pathetic. Have to actually go to website to see transaction. This app shouldn't even be offered and the fact complaints date back months ago shows little concern by the company for the consumer.
If I could give it a minus 5, I would. Works horribly on Samsung and from what I see, your developers have done nothing to fix. The card is fine, but this is the worst app ever.
It seems you really haven't taken any steps to make any updates or Changes to this app, my question is how sorry are you for still offering substandard products to customers. This is why I have always preferred bank of America. You guys are horrible for this and you really don't care.
I wish that I had read the reviews prior to downloading. It freezes right after log in. Waste of an app. All of your other apps work fine and are regularly updated. It almost seems like because this is an app for a prepaid card you couldn't care less about making it usable. All of your other apps have been updated in December and this one hasn't had an update since September! DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS WORTHLESS APP!

I love the card and bbva it self, but I hate this app. It freezes every time I open it, it just waste my phone space, and it is a waste of time. I will be sticking with the online version, if the app is fixed, I will update accordingly.
Whats the point of putting a app on here if it freezes when u touch anything . i just got the card so i hope it doesn't charge u to load and swipe the card like the ad said when i ordered it . if having this card is anything like the app i dont want it
App doesn't work at all, I've found uses for this card since compass said I could sign up for it, but as soon as I touch anything on the all it freezes. If I can't use the app to do anything with the card, then what is the point of the card? A waste of time with this whole bank all together..
I do get the push notifications when I use my card so that is the only reason I'm giving it 2 stars... The app doesn't work it just freezes and then force quits
Just got my card but app freezes. It is a shame that it has had this problem for months with no fixes. Doesn't reflect well on the bank. They should take this more seriously.
