Enlighten

This is much more reliable than similar apps I've found. Please add an option to select notification tone. I want to select a different sound for this app than default notification everything else uses.

Ever read the Aldous Huxley book "Island?" Parrots blurt out, "attention, here&now!" This app can be used like that. Drink more water, practice Alexander Technique, brain training, stroke or PT recovery exercises...put any new routine on a not-so-invasive cue. Awesome! (Would like it to have multi-cues, with different sounds possible for each purpose.)

Simple and exactly what I needed. It would be nice if there was a way to keep track of when you actually acknowledge the alert. Like you can check off every instance of an awareness reminder.
