This app does not let you choose the amount you want I wanted to 250 but it only let you get 255 . that part sucked they need to change it. Other loan places let you set the amount

These people will rob you blind, I've noticed that my apr is now %299. DO NOT GET SUCKERED IN BY THESE PEOPLE, this year alone I have repaid several thousands of dollars on a several hundred dollar loan, they refuse to work out a sensible repayment agreement with you. DO NOT GET SUCKERED IN.

Works well, however, when I apply I always get an error. To correct my payroll dates then apply again. It's still happening the error that is even after a wait of a couple of years. PS: error has been corrected! It only took 4 years, but, in all fairness I never notified them that this was happening.

Every time i try to use this app i get the warning that the app isn't working. Emailed to report the issue and no response. Cant manage my account because the app won't work and the site is the same. No help at all.

Is by far the cheapest short term online lender I found but the emphasis is on the "short term" as most loans are due in full in less than a month. But only real drawback I found. Great customer service!!!@

DISINGENUOUS - said I'd be able to establish a payment plan, til 1159 tonight - already processed payment in full. I get I owe the money - making promises you can't keep, is filthy practice!!!

My honest opinion on them is don't use them unless you want to be screwed. They tell you to set an extension 2 days before your payday but when you do it won't let you. Then you email customer support more than once BEFORE the day you payment is due and then become shady as hell. Then they decided to message you after they just took out the full amount saying it's too late. That's not how a company works with their customers. They say they are to help 24/7 my ass. It took them 3 days to message back. They are crooks and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone!!!! If I could give this half a star I would.

Your automated system is a joke! Been trying to call you for the last 2 days. All in I've been on hold over 3 hours, currently waiting over an hour now. Your call back feature doesn't work.

Very easy, hassle free,easy to understand and consistent. Have been using this company for almost 2 years. The rates are very, very decent compared to most advance financial companies and they email codes to get good discounts on the fees, making the loans as low as just 5%. For a cash advance, that's cheap. App is easy to navigate, laymen terms for those who aren't keen on financial and legal lingo.

If you're poor (like me) or just need a quick loan it works. It's not instant but you get the $$$ quickly.

If you pay on time, this is a very hassle free loan. I highly commend you calculate the fees out before you take the loan and only do it if you are 100% you can pay it back within the first month otherwise like any payday loan it will cost you a ton of money. I only use it if I'm short and pay it back within a week.

Although, I wish they reported to the credit bureaus for on-time payments and repayments in full. That would do MIRACLES to my credit score. But overall I can rely on them whenever I'm in a crunch.
