Enrique Iglesias Preysler (Madrid, 8 de mayo de 1975), es un cantante y compositor español de música pop, actor, e hijo menor de Julio Iglesias y de Isabel Preysler.

Comenzó su carrera musical en 1993 al firmar un contrato con Fonovisa, propiedad de la empresa mexicana Televisa, la cuál impulsó su carrera en sus inicios entre los países de habla hispana y la diáspora hispana en los Estados Unidos. En 1999 firmó con el sello Interscope e hizo un crossover para el mercado de habla inglesa. También firmó con Universal Music Latino, propiedad de Universal Music para lanzar sus discos en español. En 2010 se separó de Interscope y firmó con el sello Universal Republic. En 2015 fichó por Sony Music.3

El artista ha vendido más de 100 millones de producciones musicales en inglés y español.4 5 6 En Estados Unidos ha vendido más de 12 millones de copias. Con estas cifras se sitúa entre los cantantes con más éxito de todo el mundo.7

Enrique Iglesias ha ganado los más importantes y prestigiosos premios de la industria discográfica. Cuenta con un Grammy al mejor artista latino. Escapar Enrique Iglesias Preysler (Madrid, May 8, 1975) is a Spanish singer and composer of pop music, actor, and youngest son of Julio Iglesias and Isabel Preysler.

He began his musical career in 1993 by signing a contract with Fonovisa, owned by the Mexican company Televisa, which launched his career in its infancy among Spanish-speaking countries and Hispanic diaspora in the United States. In 1999 he signed with Interscope label and made a crossover to the English-speaking market. He also signed with Universal Music Latino, owned by Universal Music to release their albums in Spanish. In 2010 he separated from Interscope and signed with Universal Republic label. In 2015 he joined Sony Music.3

The artist has sold more than 100 million music productions in English and español.4 5 6 In the United States has sold over 12 million copies. With these figures it is among the most successful singers worldwide.7

Enrique Iglesias has won the most important and prestigious awards in the music industry. It has a Grammy for best Latin artist.
