Report Litter

This app is a joke. Deserves a negative rating. This app is an object lesson in how to not write an app. It gets to Stage 2, location, and freezes while it tries to locate with GPS. Pointless and stupid to force this on users. The EPA doesn't pay any attention to the criticisms and updates are non-existent. It is quicker and easier to use pen and paper, and enter using a web browser. What a disaster! Still no update after 2 yrs 6 mths of known problems, despite assurances the problems will be fixed.

This app should be so simple but it so glitchy. It wont load vehicles or tyoe of vehicle. If you were serious about us easily reporting litter keep it simple and efficient!

Improve this app to encourage pollution reporting, it's a shame it doesn't work seamlessly. Locations are troublesome and the app is clunky in general

Need to work on the location definition. Horrible.

Can't enter the street. It allows me to search for the street then says "Location selected: unnamed street". That's as far as I got. Given up.

This app is stuffed, the time does not feature fully so the wrong time gets loaded, the map ignores the road selected and loads another completely different road. Why the hell do you release an app that is stuffed?

Won't let me pin point on the gps map the location using a Sony Xperia Z5 premium...

Can't set a location. Who tests this stuff? Great use of taxpayer dollars.

Would be very beneficial to choose state of registration and to upload photos.

Sais refreshing remote data then unable to please come back later which is what I did and same thing over again. I would love this application to work as it drives me mad seeing people litter this beautiful country. PLEASE FIX THIS ASAP :-)

Sadly this app simply cannot go past 1st step of litter report wizard, displaying "Further Information Required" popup warning (which is a bad UX practice in itself, but that's the least of EPA's worries) despite having all the fields correctly filled out. It also looks like it simply fills out all select lists from the server and sorts it alphabetically instead of sorting by most frequently used entries (car makes, coulours, states etc) which would make users' lives a bit easier.

App hangs on "submitting report". Have to use Web browser instead. What a rubbish app. Don't these stupid public servants have ample time on their hands to fix petty little issues like this??

Reported a few issues without any problems

I should have read the reviews first. All I get is a black screen when I try to start the app. Samsung Galaxy S4.

Other than being slow, the app works fine for me. Works as described

This app litters lay enables anyone to report anyone they like. Say I had a grudge on someone. I can report them and they will receive a fine even though they didn't do anything. This is revenue raising at its worst. Scumbags

The last update erased all of my id details and I had to enter everything again. Also gone was my report history. Why can't I use the same login credentials as the web system? That way my personal data is already on record at your end along with (presumably) all of my reporting history, not just those submitted on this device since the last app update.

This new update seems to work much better and even a little faster on my HTC.

Would be helpful if the app allowed me to take photos or footage similar to car accident apps.

Its okay to increase the climate of the planet but we must keep our streets clean until we carn't breathe anymore.

I was very disappointed. This app works great on iOS devices. And I used it all the time. But this app is hopeless on android. Please fix it EPA.

It takes at least an hour to make what should be a 2 minute report on this piece of f^&*ing sh*t app. The last update turned it into an unusable mess of f%^&ed up coding and delays. In fact, the last time I used this app, I ended up littering-- by going into a rage at what a useless piece of sh*t it is and throwing my phone clear across the street.

1 more star because this version works... but it is still slow. What's the deal with entering all my details... what's the problem with using my login from the web based system?

I am a regular litter reporter and will be sticking with a pen and paper in the car followed by web entry of litter reports. The app looks OK and collects all the data, but is way too slow. Plus, I can operate a pen and paper whilst operating a motor vehicle in Victoria.

Application will not Lodge reports. Application also will not close properly and locks up.

Unfortunately doing map interface on this app keeps putting the user out in bass strait or somewhere in new south wales where 88 have no jurisdiction what so ever making it impossible to try and lodge a valid report

Good concept but far too unresponsive to be of use. Often took two or three taps to bring up information. Jotting things down and using the website is less painful! Samsung Galaxy S3

The latest version has addressed many of the shortcomings of the original release. It is much faster to make choices from the lists and the ability for the app to remember your personal information from the previous report is excellent. It is good to see the developers have listened and made these enhancements. The biggest problem now is the selection of the offense location if you don't have a clean gps location. The marker tends to wander around as you are trying to drag it to the correct location.

wont get past warning about browsing while driving. waired for up date but this fault is still nor fixed. ininstalling
