I have used this before but I now realize how I lost my last phone now that I've tried downloading the app again. This is the only app I've ever used that prompts you to change your settings.Which is not fair. Last time I never had a screen lock and wanted to set up a seizure diary so my neurologist would get off my tail.Instead I ended up locked out of my phone the next day. Now here again you must change your screen lock settings to use our app. Unacceptable and ridiculous. I'm sticking with pen & paper.

Due to my condition of epilepsy I have a hard time remembering so I have to change my password which has wayyyyyy to much security features. My banking app isn't even this secured. I can't get into it because I can't remember my password and the email to reset it doesn't work. It will not send me any emails to get this journey started. An app that doesn't work really isn't helpful.. does anyone know of any better apps for this? Nobody's hacking into my phone to see how many seizures I have...

This app has helped me track and monitor seizures. I used to try and remember dates but ended up guessing. This really helps with trends and identifying triggers

This seems like a great app. Unfortunately, the app nor desktop version saved my information, medicine, or calendar entries so I uninstalled.

Can't edit "my medications". That's irritating. Its an important part of this app.

I can not get this app to open medications to edit dosage information. I get an error message everytime. Not cool, please fix asap.

I hate this app. The only reason I use it is because it's linked to my son's drs office. It's far from easy to use and didficult to input, my son's on several medications and this app makes it so confusing. And I can't even input any rescue medication. I have to add several notes every time I want to input a seizure. If you don't have to use this app then find a different one!!! It's terrible

R70%

I can't even log in on the app. Works perfectly on the website. I can't log into the app. Keeps saying can't authenticate...would be great if I could actually log in...

I can't amend the medication I listed. When I click on the medications, I get an error message too. Also, why can't I choose 50mg of lamotrigine?

We used to use this constantly for my patient's seizures. We have been unable to log in for months, and emails to the creator of the app have gone unanswered. Absolutely inexcusable that we are locked out of this information.

Completely messed up my phone requires screen lock and can't remove the screen lock even after the app is removed. Only way to get rid of screen lock is to put back to factory rest. Losing photos contacts. Etc.. erasing all important texts. Nightmare. I may have to get a new phone.. Don't use this app.

Needs to be simple. So you can just put in what day time and what happened in the calendar without having to setup a bunch of damn questions for the first event im downloading an simpler tracker

This would and has the potential to be a great app for those of us who suffer from epilepsy but at the current stage it lacks the ability to friendly to each person who downloads it at an individual level. All I kept getting was errors and I could not save because something wasn't fully filled out.

I love how detailed the app is. As well as easy to use. But I don't like my phone settings being messed with, especially my lock screen. I shouldn't have to change my lock screen settings on my phone just to use one app. it's been Uninstalled for this reason and I Will be using another Seizure diary until the lock screen settings are removed.

Error message kept coming up when saving my type of seizure. Restarted my phone and everything. I tried it multiple times and still would not let me. Got annoying typing everything out 10+ times and it not saving.

Unable to register via app. App stated my password did not have correct criteria (it did) and that passwords didn't match (they did).

I will continue using this app since it is an updated app from the one I used for many years. There has been confusion between the one titled, "EpiDiary" and this one. Due to the text, icons and images, there may be a large possibility that this app and "EpiDiary" are being confused. After I finally got a email from the Epilepsy Foundation that their official app is this one, I downloaded it. Once I accessed the app, I instantly saw the difference. The only reason why I am not giving 5 full stars is due to the data that has been saved before 2016. The medications and dosages from before 2016 are not synced as individual several medications and dosages. This may need to be fixed.
