This App Eros now app is dhokhebaaz because I upgrade but not watch movie fir mene 2 dusari bar upgrade kiya fir BHI movie dekh nyi pa rha hu mene airtel ke Castomer ph lagaya w/bole ki hamari koi responsebility nyi hai fir mene eros ke castomer ko ph. Lagaya wo bi baat nyi kr rhe mene fir email kr ke complaint ki kus nyi hua. Ab ma Fail ho gha hu 250 rupees skam ho gha mera ab ma google playstore me likh rha hu. Ki aap sabi ko bata rha hu ki agar eros pr pay krna hai to mobile number balance se kabhi nyi k4na kyu ki baki aapko2 pta hai

App is OK, but Eros is not updating it's movie database. Seems like paying to watch same old movies. Can they update their database like Netflix?

The app asks to buy plus or premium and then the movie gets stuck in beginning and does not work ,What so ever u do ..

Some movies can't be watched on ChromeCast which is disappointing being premium member.

Choor app ... I have paid 119 via airtel phone.. For upgrade however no upgrade and no response from customer service.. There is no way to claim refund... Dont use this app..

I tried the free trial which worked brilliantly, no issues. Issues with streaming (on a 100mb connection with EVERY other streaming service working perfectly), but got around this by downloading the movie. Developers then decide to disallow Chromecast streaming on downloaded movies, making it impossible foe me to watch movies at all. I send a complaint to support two weeks ago, no reply and then yesterday, they took a payment from my account. Their support service is abysmal and they take out key features for no apparent reason: absolute fail.

Firstly it works good for me but after 2 days of buying Premium Subscription it is harrassing me, I'm not able to hear due to some medical problems. 1) movie is not playing even connection is proper. 2) if playing subtitles are not showing... Please fix ASAP Edited:07:02:2019 now I cancelled my subscription This app sucks take ages to load they do not updates new movie even in a month once

I subscribed for 14 day free trial yesterday & still cannot watch any movies. I sent email to Eros helpdesk with proof of purchase and 24hrs later still no reply! I reinstalled the app too. If this is how you operate during free trial, no way in hell I'll sign up for monthly let alone full year! ...7days later still no reply for this via email or here!! Ridiculous!

My app is still causing problems and you guys have been so busy that you can't even respond to my mails. One of the worst decisions was to buy this app

Free films option gone albeit they were rubbish films anyway. No loss to me but loss to eros for discouraging ppl from even accessing the app now

I resubscribed but I got a error messagr saying to contsft support I thought was a problem with my card so thought had to subscribe all over instesd says im already subscribed

First 2 days it's worked ok . But I paid for premium. They charged 2 times 119 + 119 . Even now my account was not become premium. I paid through mobile payment. Payment was deducted, but no results . It's showing payment is pending . This eros company people are not responding. Please beware
