Just restart the app after installing, it worked for me.

Not able to login. Even after putting my valid consumer number it says, "enter valid consumer number". SNDL is making it worst for us, first the SNDL.in site goes down and now this useless app.

Useless app , just as useless company. Can't understand why MSEB gave distribution service to this company, possibility of corruption. SNDL should be closed for better service to consumers.

I also face this same problem type correct email id or consumer number but i would like to say this is not application fault you need to TYPE your consumer no. Or registered mobile no. In the field of user name and type password remember in the field of username you have to type consumer no. Or registered mobile no..... don't copy paste consumer no.

Unable to login giving error saying pl. enter correct consumer no. I tried with mobile no. Also. Bad experience.

Unable to sign in. but bill paid successfully without sign in. Payment process is slow. Still need alot of improvement in apps.

It's very very very bad app, because i insert my whole bill information in aap, then no replay mean totally dead aap. Please correction fault's in app

Third class and useless app just like sndl not able to do anything simple lodging of complaint is also not possible....

Please update the app. This app badly crashed when I try to open or download the bill.

It did not work when I tried payment by skipping login, but it did not work.

I have done Payment via app, Amount is deducted but not reflected in App payment history. App is still showing that bill is due on me. Where is my money gone, Whom to contact

Slow update of anything regarding bill or Complaint

Just signed-up the app using consumer no and mobile no. But not able to login with either detail. Gives error related to 'provide proper email/consumer no'. Wanted to give -ve rating for this.

At the time of signing up, I quoted my consumer number, but it shows error massage - please enter valid consumer number. Please resolve this.

Average user friendly app, its neither shows ur mnt duplicate bills copy and also ur add on connectio s to ,and for checking bill detail cust could alwys switch in between two consumer numbers many errors need improvement.

Even after registering , the login error shows wrong mobile/consumer no or password. If you try to reset password, it shows the same. No point of the app. Utter rubbish!
