Your account login MAY be set up by your provider and not you. I discovered this after spending a lot of time trying to login on my phone to make sure all was ready for my consultation. It turns out that my provider, GetContraveNow, or their contracting MD, creates an account for you. GetContraveNow's email did not clarify this, and eVisit's support didn't provide this info at first, so I experienced some frustration for awhile. Otherwise, I would have given this app 5 stars. I ended up doing my consultation on my PC via my account at GetContraveNow's website. Once I figured out how this works, I was happy to be able to have a consultation in this way. Good luck and I hope you find the process easier to set up than I did.

I was able to set up with a link my Dr sent. My boyfriend also did with same Dr. The Dr didn't know his name or info to set account up. I'm thinking each doctor must have their own link that's how it seemed for us very easy to use Clear didn't stall love this idea and app

Once I figured out how to use it,(which was really easy)connected with my Dr in a matter of seconds. First time user's, if you have problems logging in call the help line number,very courteous an helpful.

I can't log in? I uninstalled, then reinstalled but there are no links for first time user?

Easiest Dr. Visit ever

It says I saw the dr but the app stops working after I sign on

crashes everytime.

Keeps freezing

After you give it your credit card number and finish the application the app stops working. I actually did talk to one of the doctors and discuss this with him they have no idea how to fix this and they are pretty indifferent on getting it done
