All nice and good

I installed app. Was going to use, I always review comments first. After seeing the responses from the people who run app. To the people who have made complaints, I will not bother! Rude and sarcastic, not a way to win new customers… I actually tried it and not one of my flight numbers was available, so to ME it is useless. Go ahead make an snarky response lol

Worked brilliantly the first time. The second time it alerted me that a seat was found that matched my criteria, however when I navigated to the American airlines website to lock it in the seat was unavailable. I basically wasted my last free introductory search. I'm hesitant to pay for additional searches if the app presents unreliable information. Edit: I was able to resolve my issue by toggling the search settings, a dumb mistake. Scored a window seat on my next 6 hour flight. Love the app, works great. Changed rating to 5.

I get how it works. I went into my reservation today and even though I have an active alert(which I created after the 24 hours) I saw an available aisle seat, which I reserved. You telling me to find out how the app works isn't going to change the facts. I did 2 searches and was locked out and I only did one search for each flight. Then I didn't get noticed on the free alert. I did get alerted on the paid search. If this had worked I would have been willing to pay for a higher service. A lookout for looking is just dumb. Sorry, uninstalled. I just downloaded this and used it for two flights, one free and I paid for the other. I wanted to edit the free one and though it has that option, I was unable to do so. I deleted the alert thinking I'd recreate it, I got a message saying I had to wait because I had looked at too many..?? I looked at exactly two flights and paid for one alert. Now I can't recreate my free one AND it didn't give me an option to create another paid one. Really dumb.

Didn't work. Found my flight but app would not allow ANY alert except the paid "per alert" kind. Could not turn on any free options to even test app. Might be willing to try paid, but not without a real trial. Was useless to me. Fyi- flight was not full, correct info, selected seat but app would not allow a basic "window only "alert, just paid version. Update-In reply to dev comment. TY for your reply. As a fellow developer I can say I would have appreciated a more interactive error message explaining the functionality. I should not need to send help requests for basic actions. My review was based on my user experience. I dont feel my review is inaccurate, I did experience these issues, there was no error message or guidance, and therefor the app was not delivering as expected. I appreciate your reply and hope you will take my user experience into consideration in a constructive light. The best innovation happens when users have UX/UI experiences.

When airlines have connecting flights its difficult to view all 4 legs of the trip in one sitting since it doesnt allow you to do multiple searches. I only seached one leg of it thr night before and then showed the results to my nd thr next day anf it wouldnt let me look up other flights in my trip. Not great when I'm on a deadline to book a trip and we are booking separately and want to make sure 2 seats together are available. It should allow more for free...like a whole trip with one stopover each way at least.

Such a useful app if you have longhaul flights ahead of you. I was able to set an alert for a window seat or an empty seat next to me. Really very helpful indeed. Thank you! Helpful customer service emails too.

I am not able to open the app when I am in the province. It is only accesible in the city. It used to work before regardless of where I am. I don't know why I can't access it. Please help.

Although there's a few people here saying bad things about this app for me it has been working great until now and has proved to be very useful. Thanks guys!

Useful app if it functions properly. Wasnt able to search for a certain airline for about 5 times, then decided to email their support. Their support team confirmed that the airline was not supported. Then i got another email from their support team that the airline is indeed supported. Got so confused. So i tried searching for the same airline again, voila! Was able to show the seat map. If the developer didnt do anything to resolve the issue, there's got to be a problem with the app. If they did something to correct the error and they're not aware, thats a bigger problem. (Don't tell me i wasn't clicking on the right airline coz i tried it on 2 phones and had another friend try it on another phone.) Gave the app 2 stars because there's a small limit on the number of times you can search for a flight (searching for a flight twice is not abuse, fyi). And i also didn't like their support team ordering me to change my rating coz they somehow fixed the issue.

It worked well and very accurate not until a few weeks ago when I could not access it due to java security. . . Is it my phone at fault?

I was going to give this a try as I read an article about it, but after reading the way you reply to your users in their reviews I'm not even going to bother. A quick tip, don't bite the hand that feeds you.

It works perfectly at first,then the next time i wanted to use it,it doesn't let me log in anymore.i also tried logging in on my fb account and still doesn't work..

Exactly what I was looking for. Gave the free version a trial and based on results will now sign an annual subscription. Works great.

Most alerts cost ridiculous amount of money.

At least should be able to search all flights between two cities on a given day. Having to enter flight numbers individually sucks and with an airline, date and flight number, grabbing to enter cities sucks!

Quick and easy to use to check out seat maps. Would like to see a full version of expert flyer with all the features as an app

Pretty good, limited as it is. Would suggest that in the pull-down list airlines be ordered alphabetically rather than by code though.

Does not work for BA, easyjet or Ryanair flights. Uninstalling. Seems like a good app though.

My device HTC one M8 was recently upgraded to Marshmallow by the service provider and now I can no longer create alerts for days above the third week of a month. The pop-up calendar would only show the top half of any month. Something that can be fixed by this wonderful app or is it a limitation of Marshmallow?

Used to work very well, but maybe since the Android update, the date only showing half window every each month, can't select beyond 12th. Please fix this.

I find the app helpful and easy to use. Even the free version is good, although only drawback is the limiting number of flights a user may access before being blocked until the next 24 hour cycle.

Not be able to see the seat plan at all., not even once. All the time, its says Error or view large amount..!! How could be large amount when it was never opened at all..very bad app.

It's a bit old fashioned some useful features like commonly used airports and airlines would save a lot of unnecessary key presses when I mentioned common Iwas referring to the end user commonly used airports also the 3 letter code is sluggish and often appears like you hadn't clicked on the airport
