What the he'll upsrtc is trying to make????? What is difference between this app and some other private bus app. Paytm is far better for bus booking no bus is availble on route. App crash several time. Nothing else is expected from company like trimax

Worst app to book a ticket. I booked a ticket in a AC JANRATH from Delhi. This app didn't generated any message or mail on my registered number and email id. When I checked on reciept tab, it showed nothing. On the day of my journey, conductor asked message or mail print out. Finally after getting duplicate ticket from counter, they allowed me to board...despite having my photo ID and my name mentioned on their sheet they didn't allowed me to board. So, in one line prefer online over mobile app.

Useless application why you lounch it what's your aim. Where private booking application have so many features it's nothing.

Please don't waste money of government. If you can't build it better. What a waste of time

i would highly request per recommended to all users who book bus from internet that please always board bus from ISBT if u i'll use thus app you will remember that why one google user wrote this.. bakchodi....

Worst app... Deducted my money two times of sum 318+318 on transaction being failed and did not get refund till now even complaining on their mail.... Refund money fraud people..

Very poor bus booking app. It shows buses but after filling up all details it show different types of error i.e bus service number, date etc.

Aweful coding. Full of bugs. Whoever is the developer should be fired immediately. It kept giving me error "date has passed out" for a future date. Horrible app, fraud people.

Its been 19 days but my refund for a cancelled ticket has still not come. UPSRTC is neither replying to my email nor taking my calls on the helpline no. What kind of service is this?

I got two transactions fully paid and no ticket. Customer care doesn't pick uo. Harassment of consumers.

Its irritating i am trying to sign up at end of registration its saying verify by email but not getiing any mail to verify

Worst app, there is difference in site information or app provide by UPSRTC. And enquiry department , also does not know about it how it works.

The development team must quit development as of now and you guys need a development training of 50 year to learn the basic android and web development. I am not sure that after 50 year bhi kuch chota sa product hi bnana tum logo k bs ki ho. -ve infinity star for your web as well as you app. I have a suggestion for you all developers that please quit development. You guys cant do code never ever.

Sale kutte paise kha gye mere ticket book kiya online pr bus hi nhi aai wah up gov or complain ki to koi responce hi nhi diya no refund nothing... Chor sale

Jhaantu app saale gawaro ni aata toh mat banao...khud k format pe date enter krwaye ....aur dikha rha date not in the format....saale sab gawar baithe hai kaamchor kuch ni krna chahte saale makkar

Plzzz apna pesa mat dubara.. Plzzzz.. Aap sab se haath jod k viniti karta hu.. Don't use this site.. It's totally fraud site...

Waste of money by UP government App crashes every time

Worst experience...i was retrieving password bt it showed internal error..I tried hundred times and it showed error hundred times.
