Slow customer service applied update user info past one month till they doesn't have a time to response it. Global IME

App has become too slow, logging in takes too long . Why that ? I have tried clearing caches , nothing happened. Please fix this . S7 edge

Sorry to say but ASBA login is still a faliure.. I had to apply for IPO of Himalayan power project from another bank..

Unable to do GPRS login in SAMSUNG S8+ since the login page keeps showing loading icon and never gets loaded completely. However SMS based function is working fine. Please fix it ASAP.

When using nt prepaid topup service from this app, app crashes while trying to add number from a contact with multiple phone numbers saved in it. But, works fine with a single phone number saved contact.

one of the best apps in nepales banking institutional. Need to add service: IMEpay cash add and pay bill of SIMTV on sms service instated of GPRS login only.

How this bank achived best internet banking award? Fund transfer to other bank does not work everytime.Globalsmart n ebanking totally different why not providing same facilities? Maximum limitation of fund transfer 1lakh only why ? Our own money we cant transfer as much as we like? learn from Nabil bank.while i change my device global smart app doesnot work what a disgusting bank is this? I ask why like this they reply for security reasons re! Add maximum features like Bank carrying in my cellphone. F1 software developer are not working properly in to this app why I don't know? This apps is not a fully developed, it does not recognise the dual sim system like NIC ASIA Smart. Please review, NIC Asia apps and create like that apps to send sms from that apps. Sim1 or sim2. It will not use wrong pin from sim one or two and also too gprs banking password wrong.
