The new version will not notify me anymore of any requests. I have uninstalled it 3 times now and it still doesnt work on a galaxy S7 with Nougat

App worked fine. No problem getting a ride. It seem like a lot of uber folks on here trying to trash them

Trying to apply; suubmitted everything but the app won't retain my personal info for the background consent (name, social, dog, etc). I've emailed support who asked me to send in my TNC card. I did, only to have them reply that I needed to complete the application process. Well-duh! That's why I emailed Einstein. I've wasted to much time with this app, apparently it's been reported a few times so I know I'm not the only one who's experienced the same issue. Sticking with the others.

I was signing up for 3 different ride shares & had a drunk driver total my car while driving for the first one that completed signup. I got a newer vehicle and with some help from the second ride share company I got signed up. Fare doesn't respond to emails, fb msgs, or phone calls, so I have been unable to sign up in over 6 months of trying. Everything in the signup from my side shows completely submitted, but never processes.

Many times have i tried to apply over the last year but it never sends in my background check, or even acknowledges i attempted..

I drove 21 mils, when I arrived to drop off destination, the app went back to start the trip again. I didn't get paid. Avoid them, not concrete, not professional.

Trying to sign up... I have entered info multiple times and it isn't saving it. During that time, the screen has glitched or app altogether crashes. I can't imagine it's any better once your driving. Other turn off, not at the app, but at the company. What's the need for an additional inspection? The state one should suffice. I'm all about easy and that isn't. I simply gave up trying to use this service. I reset my password three times and it still would not let me login.

Every time I log in to register as a driver a white screen comes up as if its about to log me in and then it goes back to the login screen. Can someone get this fixed asap. Thanks

Plain and simple. Once I made an account, it wouldn't let me log in, this app doesn't work and needs to be fixed.

It goes through the welcome screen, however, when I get to the last page, I click okay, now don't show me this again at the bottom after the green Fare enough? And it kicks me off the app completely.... try again, kicks me out again.... no error message, no fault code... just exits.... will revise rating and review once it gets fixed.

It's nice to have an app for people who want to have the same drivers as often as possible. Tips are good too. Not many passengers yet but it keeps growing. Brodie11 is my referral ID.

They left Phoenix (a place from where they originated). To go to Austin.

I wasted time on app and getting my car inspected even though it's got twenty-seven thousand miles on it when I bought it a few months ago. Forced to spend $50 that Uber did not require. App never lets me finish the application. They want me to spend time out of my day to go pay for parking too figured out the issue with the app issues not allow me to sign my application. My initials just disappear when I click next. I loose approximately $75 if I stop driving for Fasten and then go and figure out my prob.

Everyone on here that's concerned about downloading the app because of the fact that it can access your camera and photos etc, this is so you can upload pictures of your vehicle, insurance, DL etc. This app requires less permissions than Uber and Lyft. I was excited to become a driver especially since this is based in Phoenix. I downloaded the app and was horrified that it wants access to my photos, files and media. No reason this access needs to be granted and you can't install the app without it. Either it's a bug that needs to be fixed or they are collecting big data. Until this is resolved I won't be changing from Uber/Lyft.

Rides don't come in requires frequent resets. Can't run app with dev mode. Layout of driver ride history is ambiguous and hides information.

I am disappointed to say the least. 1.) Unlike uber I had to pay for my vehical inspection. 2.) Had to print the FARE logo as they never gave me a place to pick one up at, so I just made my own. 3.) Lack of instructions on how to use the app. 4.) Signed on spent 5 hours with no rides waiting. 5.) After geting no rides I look more at the app found someone looking for a scheduled ride so I took it. 15 minute before the pick up he cancel. After that I fount my rating gone down to 99% without ever driving any1

It's not letting me sign in at all, I've reached out to Support and still no response.
